Once I read the review I was excited to try this product. However, after using it for a week I couldn't get the overwhelming smell out of my hair. It's a very powerfull scent and even when I returned to my old product it still took over a week to get the residual smell out.

I happen to like the smell of this stuff. It's herbally, fresh and clean smelling. I can still smell it when my hair is dry. Some might find it too strong. I'll keep buying it, as I find it effective, reasonably priced, and it makes my hair soft, smooth, and healthy looking.

My hair is curly and dry, so I try to use shampoo only once a week. Recently I switched to alcohol-free hair products and i really like this one, especially the scent. It has only been a few weeks, but I have noticed a difference, and less frizzy-issues. (note: i also switched to alcohol-free conditioner, and styling products)

This shampoo works great, does what it's supposed to do, and it's great that it's natural, but boy, the scent reminds me so much of my dad's old "Old Spice" aftershave lotion. It's not an unpleasant smell, but it's pretty strong. I wish they could tone it down a little, then it'd probably be my favorite shampoo ever. The matching conditioner has a similar base scent but it's lighter and fresher. I still might buy it again.

I have colored hair. This cleans hair beautifully, smells clean and fresh and does NOT strip hair at all. My color last longer and still looks great after a few weeks, not bleached out and stripped.
