Read the label, 100% recommended vitamin D, 37% calcium, 14% magnesium, 8% vitamin C. I wanted a vitamin D pill and found these, which has the other ingredients, which I consider a bonus. I have no idea if it is working, but I don't see any harm in taking these. The gel capsules and easy to take and have no unpleasant taste.

Capsule form, easy to swallow. Has everything you need for calcium absorption (but...I'm not a doctor!).

When I had my first bone density test my GYN recommended taking an extra 1200 mg of calcium a day. This sounded most natural and I take it now. My second bone density test was fine and no need to increase what I was taking. Being over 50 now I will switch to a callcium with possible help for bone growth. But if you need simple calcium this did a very good job.

Why take a horse pill? I know the 'now' thing is taking a pill that is 'liquid' already. Nice idea - but the sizes of those things are becoming impossible! I'm not one to have trouble swallowing a pill fortunately, but even I choke on some of those liquid calcium pills, even from this company. This product is consistent, packed with everything I need, it isn't a compressed into stone pill, but a powder filled capsule. Of everything there is out there, this to me is the best of all solutions. Its those rock hard compressed pills of calcium that never get digested in a lot of people and pass on through never giving up the nutrients you wanted and needed. Hence the popularity of 'liquid filled gel' pills. Again, nice idea but darn hard to swallow; I don't feel the concept for suppositories are something one should swallow especially when they are still that size! Try this capsule and toss those gel horse pills out!
