I noticed some weight loss in the beginning but after awhile they didn't do anything for me anymore besides make me sick. I was so nauseous and throwing up most mornings after taking one of these pills that I ended up just throwing them away. My friend is taking them right now and he swears by them. Amazing! I've been overweight all of my life (still am so far), but I've been taking this product for about eight months and I've lost 45 lbs! I've been taking it along with One-A-Day Weight Smart and Viactiv calcium. I can't exercise much because I'm a quadriplegic, so this for me has been incredible. At this price, it's at least worth a try.

I have never been a fan of diet pills; however, after looking at the ingredients in Super Green Tea diet, it seems like a safe way to curb the appetite. I recently went on a low-carb diet which worked well and I was losing weight steadily, but I was hungry between meals even though I was eating healthy portions. So I decided to give this a try after reading all the positive reviews and it truly curbed my appetite - making it very easy to stay on my diet. I also experienced a bit more energy. I'm still losing weight and don't use it every day - only on days when I need a little extra help.

This worked great for me. Based on others opinions, I decided to give it a try. The first week I lost 2 pounds, which doesn't seem like much. But I noticed the fat started to come off; I am now able to fit in pants I could not wear before. I only take one in the morning, because also take apple cider vinegar. Other vitamins only help me not to gain more weight; I am still losing and eating same as before, without any other problems. However, you should have breakfast first, take it mid-morning, and if your body is not used to caffeine, do not take it in the afternoon or you might not able to sleep at night.

This did not help me in my weight loss. It does give you energy, if you like that wound-up, light-headed, nervous wreck kind of feeling. After taking one in the afternoon, by the end of the work day, I'm so ravenous that I want to eat anything I see.

I tried this product. I did 30 minutes a day of aerobics and some strength training (about 10 minutes a day). I went through 2 bottles of this stuff. No results- inches or pounds! I was very disappointed, but it seems like it works for others.

Product did not work as well as expected. I took the pills as directed along with diet and exercise and did not notice a difference in my weight. Although I did get on the scale and noticed I had lost 1 lb. What I did notice is I have been falling asleep at night once I've taken the pills, compared to when I was not taking them.
