I did not see one it of change in my weight. I gave it a 1* because I had to give it something. I did feel a bit more energy but that makes sense. I don't sit and eat tons of junk food so I am not sure why I did not have any success, but I just did not lose any weight.

I am a 5'9" tall man. In August 2004 I weighted 204 pounds. I started taking this supplement and followed the book "Make the Connection" by Bob Green and Oprah Winfrey. Just with early morning aerobics, diet, this formula and almost no weightlifting I lost between 1.5 to 1 lbs per week (more in the beginning). I allowed myself to have a small piece of dessert about every three days or so for motivation. It is now early December and I have lost about 30 pounds (175 at 18.5 percent body fat). My pant size has gone down from size 40 to a 36. I have much more energy, my blood pressure has dropped 10 points and my cholesterol went from 200 (unhealthy) to 130 (great). Women are now looking at me, which they would not do at 204. Most people can lose weight rather easily if they do this. You just have to get used to being hungry a few hours per day. This supplement is very inexpensive, works, and the caffeine did not worsen my panic attacks.

I never had much faith in diet pills, and those I've tried briefly made me feel twitchy and ill. This one, however, was very good to me. It gave me energy without tearing up my stomach (like too much coffee does), reduced my appetite and sped up metabolism, so I managed to lose a dress size in about a month. It made sticking to healthy eating plan so much easier. I don't know if it would work for someone seriously overweight, but I just wanted to drop 10-15 pounds or so to get rid of the flab, and it worked great.

I love this product. I gained 15 pounds while I was taking some time off and it really made me sad when I would look into the mirror, but I've been using this for 1 week and I have already lost 6 pounds. Besides losing the weight, it gives you a lot of energy, so it's kind of 2-in-1 type of deal. It does tell you when you take it, one in the mid-morning and 1 in the mid afternoon. I take mine before work at 8:30am and one after lunch around 3 or so. Try it; it's cheap too.

I really like this diet pill because I've had no negative side affects so far, only positive ones. I haven't dieted at all in the last 3 weeks, and have lost 5 pounds. I bought it because whenever I don't diet, I gain weight, and I thought this would help. I never thought it would actually help me lose weight, but it does. I ate and drank basically whatever I wanted. It's not a miracle pill really, but it's helpful and the price is right too.

I love this product! I've been taking this pill for three weeks now and I have already lost 16 pounds!! That's about 5 pounds a week...It really helps me with cravings and totally suppresses my appetite. Of course I've reduced my calorie intake and I've been exercising about 4-5 times a week, but you have to do that with all diets, there is no such thing as a "miracle pill". I have also noticed that I have way more energy when I work out. I have tried A LOT of diet pills out there and nothing has worked like this green tea diet. I haven't had any nasty side effects and the pills actually smell like green tea. Plus...I love the price. I highly recommend this product!!

This is by far the best I have diet supplement Ive taken. Over the course of a week I lost 5 lbs. I enjoy taking them and will continue. The only problem is it does not tell you when you can take the pill, only that you take it twice daily. So I take it after meals.
