The early spring freshness of this fragrance was designed especially for the nursery. We blended essential oils of geranium, orange, jasmine, coriander, rose and bergamot to recreate the subtle fragrance of the sweet pea - one of the loveliest and earliest flowering vegetables.
Caldrea® Laundry Detergent is mild, yet highly effective. It contains powerful, plant-derived surfactants and Borax to get your whites white and colors bright. Additionally, the fragrance from our special formulations of essential oils will linger in your clothes long after they are folded. Safe and effective for all types of washable fabrics at all water temperatures, in hard water or soft. It is concentrated, HE formulated and contains no phosphates.
Uses: All washable fabrics. Color safe at all temperatures. Works in top & front-loading washing machines.
Paraben-free. Biodegradable.
Not tested on animals.

Warnings

Contains C12-C16 alcohol alkoxylate and sodium laureth sulfate. If swallowed call 800 number or poison control center immediately. Do not induce vomiting. If in eyes rinse for 15 minutes with water. If on skin, rinse well with water.

My favorite detergent, hands down. It's a little pricey, but I consider it an "indulgence" or a "luxury." I don't typically use it on my everyday laundry, mostly because of the price, of course. But I do splurge on this product for my linens and bedding. I also use it on my towels because I do NOT use fabric softener on my towels, so when I use this, they still have a great scent. Also great for things I line dry, especially hosiery and lingerie. I think this Sweet Pea scent is specially formulated for the nursery, so when I have a baby soon, I'll probably use it then too. It's effective and all-natural--great for an eco-freak vegan like me!

This is the first time I have tried this brand of detergent. I normally use BioKleen with excellent results but wanted to try something with a different scent. I wasn't sure exactly what Sweet Pea would smell like but I have been pleasantly surprised! To me it smells like a floral perfume. It can be strong out of the bottle but once laundered it softens down to a very light fragrance. I use this mostly on bedding, towels, and light loads of clothing with no stains or heavy grime. Unfortunately it doesn't seem clean as well as BioKleen and after multiple loads have given up using it for tough jobs and stain removal. Despite it's lack of power in cleaning it's still nice to have around for scenting certain loads of laundry.

I use this for all of my laundry (with the exception of my husband's heavily soiled work clothes). The smell is pleasant and doesn't linger on your clothing. It's everything I need in a laundry detergent.

Everyone in my family has Extremely sensitive skin and this is one of the only detergents we can use. None of the other detergents for sensitive skin can even come close to the quality of this item, and it smells incredible!

I have used Caldrea liquid detergent for years and would never use another liquid in my wash. Your laundry comes out smelling so fresh and clean. The laundry room also smells great while you are washing/drying your clothes. I use different scents depending on what I am washing and am asked what I use to clean my laundry. This scent I gave as a gift to use for their babies laundry. Caldrea is the best!!!!!

I use this to handwash lingerie, sweaters, etc. While other products would be as effective, the sweet pea scent of this product is unique and makes me buy it again and again. I bought 2 bottles this last time - I don't want to run out. Yes, I'm sure its more expensive ounce per ounce, but it really makes me happy when I'm doing handwashing.
