This product is AWESOME! Works very quickly so mak sure you dedicate 4 to 5 hours for it's use please drink plenty of "water" once the process has begun this helps to achieve the results. If not you may experience some cramping or head ache this product is designed to absorb water into the digestive tracts. Recommend you DO NOT take before you go to bed you will be late for work come morning. The taste of this stuff is pretty nasty however found that the CHERRY FLAVOR is more tolerable than the others Trick: Mix to taste with some FRESH TROPICANA ORANGE JUICE Premium "Lots of Pulp" try not to guzzle the whole mixture at once maybe over 30 mins. I had to take this before surgeries before and it worked. It takes a long time to drink because it doesn't taste good. I mixed mine with a drink and tried to guzzle it down. It does the job though! Just won't leave the house for a while.

The first time I used this stuff, I was backed up for about 5 days. I was always regular, 2 per day, so 5 days was abnormal. I drank it down and went back to my XBOX to play......that is when I felt a "shift" inside me. The gurgles began inside my system and I quite honestly started to get a little nervous. 25 minutes after downing this liquid Satan, I was in the bathroom doing my business. Without being too graphic, I think everything emptied out of my digestive system within a 4 hour process......EVERYTHING. If it were true about gum being trapped inside if you swallow it, that would have taken care of it. The stuff is amazing.....no doubt. I will say this, the more dehydrated you are, the longer this takes to work. Since most of us don't drink enough water, I would recommend increasing your water intake for 4 hours before this stuff goes into you. (Not medical advice, personal experience) that way it should work sooner than later.........I doubt you want to have it "kick in" around 11pm. I highly recommend this!!!

OMG!! I wish I could give this product 10 stars. My constiation was so painful and the usually product wasn't working so I had to go to the doctor's office for help. My doctor instructed me to buy a product I had never heard of and was leery of trying. I am so glad I did because relief came within 30 minutes and it kept working and working and working. In other words you absolutely cannot go anywhere for several hours.

I used this product for a bowel cleanse prior to bariatric surgery and it surely did the trick! The flavor of the fruit punch was very overwhelming, but it is to be expected with this product. It was inexpensive and effective . . . a winner in my book!

It doesn't taste or work as well as the original flavor, but if you chill it - it's tolerable. I take it in a shot glass, shot by shot - followed by large sips of water. Trust me though - this stuff will get rid of EVERYTHING without cramping, sweating, pushing hard, etc.

I had to take this for colonoscopy prep. Refrigerated it tasted pretty good, like cherry soda just a little thicker. I had to drink the entire bottle. It worked pretty fast and was very thorough. (I would highly recommend this rather that the salty prescription solution that tastes awful and usually produces vomiting instead of coming out the other end.)

Well it finally kicked in and I can say Im satisfied. I drank the whole bottle around 4 in the afternoon and its now 5 in the morning and I have been able to go to the bathroom. It wasnt one of those kinds that makes you feel like you need to go, but just built it up and when I was ready to drop it all of it fell out. Pros- Works extremely well. No push feeling. Cons- Takes way longer than 1/2 to 6 hours
