This stuff makes me nauseated. The combined EPA and DHA are only 300 mg. No wonder it is so cheap. As for the the bottom line question. I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy, let alone a friend.

Overall, this product is good. The first week that I used it I noticed a distinct fishy aftertaste after taking it, but as days went by, it wasn't so fishy anymore. Guess I had to get used to it, but I immediately noticed a significant loss of appetite, which I was in dire need for. It does curb your appetite, so if you don't need to lose weight, I wouldn't use it. Other than that, I do feel better after 2 -3 weeks of taking it.
