This product is great but it's hard to find (around here anyway). I'm assuming that's because it can be abused, but I know many people just interested in a non-syrup cough-suppressant (so I order in bulk). This is very convenient.

My teenager will take these for his cough when he won't take the syrup because of the flavor. Works great, as long as you can swallow pills.

Usually ,fter a few doses of the liquid expectorant, I put on a few pounds and have a "sugar high"..I love this product because it's handy, you can take it in your carry-on luggage while traveling (no more coughing on the plane) and it is low in sugar and a lot of other unnecessary ingredients.

This is a great product! I keep a bottle in my handbag and my suitcase. I have a chronic cough that comes and goes. When I feel a coughing spell coming on I take two cough jels and it stops the cough every time. I wouldn't be without this stuff.

Great product - The regular (NOT non-drowsy) can be kept bedside to relieve coughs at night. The non-drowsy is fine for daytime use. PROBLEM: It seems the REGULAR is no longer avaliable - this is a big mistake because this is the only one that should be used at night or during the day for people with high blood pressure. My family have used the REGULAR since it came on the market. The NON-DROWSY has limited use since most coughs are a problem at night. The NON-DROWSY also can be too tempting to teenagers.

Helps suppress cough for a few hours. Convenient to carry around. Easy to swallow. I have a chronic cough - nothing works completely. I also take expectorant to loosen mucous.

Surprised to read one reviewer say it didn't work. This is very effective for me. No awful taste either and no guasinophin. I think it depends on what is causing the cough however. I had a cough once from a BP medication and nothing worked until I switched meds.

This did nothing to control my cough, plus I've read that studies show this drug is NOT very effective. It is also dangerous to have at home if you have teenagers. It is frequently abused by teens.

Relieves coughing without the unpleasant taste most cough syrups have. (Also a plus that it doesn't contain pseudoephedrine which I am allergic to.)
