I feel less bloated and I am more regular since taking this product. I don't know yet if it is a miracle cure but I sure feel better than I did before taking it. Of course, stress, PMS, and adverse reactions to certain foods will not be cured, but I will continue taking it. I don't want to see what it would be like not to take it because I am doing better.

I have been using this product for several years. I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for at least 10 years prior to using this product. After one week my symtons were gone. Now I can go anywhere without the fear of having to find a bathroom.

I was diagnosed with IBS about 2 years ago, although I'd been telling my doctor for years that I thought I had it. I have IBS with combination constipation and diarrhea. I went to doctors for a few years and I was tested for everything under the sun, but no solutions. I tried this product along the way. It helped the diarrhea a bit, which was my main concern, but it made my constipation worse and gave me some stomach cramps. I've been suffering from frequent and painful bouts with IBS. It was ruling my life. I wasn't very hopeful about this but, what did I have to lose?? IT HAS HAD A WONDERFUL IMPACT!!! I never thought it would be possible for me to gain so much control. I take two capsules because my IBS is so severe. I may try to see how I will do on one now that I am feeling better. I'm so sad- I wanted this to work so badly for my IBS, but it actually gave me excruciating stomach pain and extreme bloating. Back to Citrucel pills (which work like a dream) I go. Best of luck to everyone who is going to try this.
