Eh it's ok. It doesn't turn to gel very quickly after you use it, and it doesn't seal up either. It smells after you use it. Use it only if it is an emergency.

TravelJohn is terrific for traveling when my husband and I share a bathroom. If he's in the bathroom I have the TravelJohn for emergencies. Love the product! But I'm not happy about putting plastic in the trash because it's not biodegradable.

I've carried TravelJohn in my airplane for more than a decade. I tried another brand and found it was bulkier, spilled urine if the opening wasn't held exactly right, and didn't gel as quickly. TravelJohn is superior in all respects. Flying is more enjoyable when I'm not trying to land the plane with my knees clenched together.

My children are on track teams, and often the meets do not have outdoor facilities other than port-a-potties. My 8-year-old daughter refuses to use them. The TravelJohn comes in very handy for meets where she just can't "hold it" until we get to the nearest restaurant or hotel.

My husband had a massive stroke which causes him to have to urinate with very little warning. The Travel John has allowed him to travel around town with me without the fear of having an acccident. They have been one of the best items I have ordered for him (and me). They don't leak, spill and there is NO odor. I won't go anywhere without the Travel John in my purse!

I searched for a product for women after having to pee in the cold woods outside our tent on a camping trip. Not any more!! I just sit on me knees right over my sleeping bag and use this urinal. Nobody wakes up and I can go right back to sleep. I would never go camping without these!

This is a good idea that is poorly implemented. One design for both male and female is not good. I did not appreciate having the point at the top jabbing my stomach. I did not appreciate loosing the conection and soaking my underwear. It is too bad because I would have used them dailiy if they were effective.

This is a great product, I had to use it on a long car trip and I was so glad I had it. It would be nicer if they made it a little more female friendly (bigger cup at the top of the bag), but never the less it worked.
