I've used these for years but this batch - which I bought in Sept 2013 - was terrible. Somewhere around 3/4 of them broke immediately. The string just came out of the mooring, it didn't even break. I'm going to try another batch and if I encounter this again, I will return them.

I love these. Mostly they are durable, but occasionally I will get a bad batch that shreds very easily or that breaks the moment I put them between my teeth. That being said, no other brand is as strong. I cant stand when the string shreads and then gets stuck in my teeth. I dont feel my mouth is clean unless I floss with these

I hate flossing, but this product changed that. I hold the holder perpendicular to my teeth and gently bite down, easily forcing the floss between my teeth. It's easy, fast, and even though they recommend you use it only once, I keep using it (after running under hot water). Does a great job.

This is a great product. I tried other brands, but they all broke so easily, I was using 2-4 pics for one flossing experience. This brand is much better made, one rarely breaks. I keep some in my purse and at work, too. I do a much better and more consistent job of flossing since I discovered these.

I have tried other brands earlier; either the flosser string is thin and they bend when flossed between tight teeths. This one stays firm and do not bend. Very effective in usage.

These make flossing SO much easier. The best thing is that this brand doesn't break. I have tried other brands and you have to use 3 of them to get the job done, because the thread breaks all the time. This is the best brand, hardly ever breaks.

My husband hates to use regular floss, especially for his back teeth. These flossers are great at getting him to floss every day and they hold up EXTREMELY well. He can floss his whole mouth and they don't shred to break. I can't find this brand at any local stores, so I order them specifically for my hubby at drugstore.com!

These are by far the best product of it's type. I have tried them all but they either can't fit between some of my teeth or break real easy. These ones are strong both the string and the pick end. Glad I found it here. They dont sell them at any of the stores near my house. I am not a brand name shopper, but there is only one true Gum pick.

I was ready to buy, but noticed in the illustration that the once-long handle had been shortened, like the crappier competitive flossers. Several reviewers in here complained of the same thing.
Another seller appears to still have the good ones with the long, easy-to-use handle, so I'm buying there. More expensive, but why buy a product and have to throw the whole bag away?
Save a half-gram of plastic and lose your customers, one by one.

I've tried many brands and these (for me) are the best. The floss stands up to aggressive use. The distance between the floss and the pic is greater than other flossers. This comes in handy if you have slightly larger teeth. I don't use any other brand.
