My 15 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with a bad case of eczema on her hands. The dermatologist prescribed an expensive ointment (over [$]for a tiny tube) that helped some but my daughter complained that it was too greasy to kep applying.In desperation, i searched for an OTC product on drugstore.com to try. Though I was skeptical about this lotion being for babies, I decided to give it a try because of the great reviews. I orderd a couple of other products to try at the same time.My daughter quickly ruled out the others (too greasy, too smelly -- one she said smelled like bug spray). she has been using this product for ~2 weeks and her hands don't show ANY signs of the eczema that she had been struggling with for ~9 months. I've started using it myself. GREAT PRODUCT!

It's definitely a great product. My daughter started suffering from eczema as a newborn, and it got worse as she started eating baby foods. We tried all types of lotions and even consulted with a dermatologist who recommended we use cortizone ointment, but nothing worked well until I discovered the Aveeno Cream. However, I should point out that it was also discovered after she was about 1 1/2 years old that she had very serious food allergies, and that is one thing I can share with new parents - get your kids tested.

This is the best moisturizer for eczema!

I rarely write reviews but I am so thrilled about discovering this product. My eight month old son had a horrible case of stubborn eczema on his back for the past couple of months. I tried every cream and moisturizer out there on the market and this one did the trick. After about a week of consistently applying this cream morning, noon and right before bedtime, his back is clear of any signs of eczema!!!! I am shocked we found the cream that works for him.

My toddler has eczema (and so do I) and this is the only lotion that works for her. Not only does it moisturize her sensitive skin, it allows her eczema to clear up. It is thick but not greasy and contains no fragrance or other odor that irritates sensitive skin. Great for the rest of the family too. Absolutely the best!

My family loves this lotion, too! I have used it on both of my kids and now I am using it on myself, as I have developed itchy dry skin on my legs since moving to a drier climate. My baby had a "drool patch" on her chin (my friends called it that). It looked like eczema and they told me it's from drooling so much. I used this lotion on her chin and cheeks and it cleared up in days. I love the way this lotion feels, thick but not greasy, and I love the light fragrance. I have found other baby products have very strong scents, but not this one. This is one of our favorite products!

I have been a faithful buyer of J&J products for both my children since they were born. My children now 9 and 4 used J&J products until 2 weeks ago when my daughter developed a rash all over her body, it was not itchy but it felt like dry bumps all over her body. The doctor had no idea what this rash was. I noticed that after her baths or showers her rash would become red and bumpier. I never wanted to buy this brand because it is a bit expensive for me and I thought nothing beat J&Js fragrances. Boy was I wrong... it may be a bit pricier but it's worth it. My children's skin improved so much after using this cream. My sons dry skin and little bumps on his face from dryness went away within 2 days (he has suffered from this since forever)!! My daughters rash got so much better and her skin is so soft! Its fragrance free but it has a very lovely faint scent!! Love it!

After years of trying different body lotions, this is the only one I use for myself. I threw away everything else. I am 27 years old, and have been using this lotion for almost a year now. I started using it when I broke out with dry patches all over my body (my doctor did not diagnose it as eczema, but an allergy). This took care of it quickly. The consistency is thick but not greasy, and takes care of my dry, itchy winter skin. My brother and sister-in-law (age 32) also use this moisturizer daily, as do my niece and nephew (ages 4 and 2, with extremely dry skin). Highly recommended.

This is the ONLY lotion that will work on my little boy's eczema! I too have tried many other lotions, Vaseline, prescriptions, etc. My son gets the winter-time eczema on his cheeks and in the crook of his arms. This lotion (along w/ the Soothing Relief Creamy Wash) works WONDERS! You will definitely see a difference within a week.
