It has helped my hair much much more than I thought it would, especially for the price. Right now I am using an inexpensive, but fairly good shampoo and conditioner. I have mixed texture, thick hair and I am growing out a layered bob, and my hair needed more moisture. After the first use my hair felt the way it feels coming out of a salon shampoo. I have been rotating it with my other shampoo to prevent buildup and it is working wonderfully.
