This is a great product and compares to more expensive salon brands. I recommend its use if you have dry, course, and overprocessed hair like me. I don't recommend for normal hair as it is really moisturizing.

I love this product! It is the most effective conditioner I've ever used on my thick, dry, tangely wavy hair. It leaves it soft and light and just perfect... unfortunately I had to give it only 4 stars because my husband says it makes my hair smell bad and I can't use it. Personally I think it smells great when I'm using it and doesn't leave any smell in my hair at all, but it really bothered my husband. Otherwise it would be my #1 conditioner.

After the stress of moving, as well as the cold weather my hair was in really bad shape. I bought this in hopes of reviving my dry dull hair... IT MADE IT WORSE! No matter how much I rinsed, my hair was always sticky, duller, and drier. I've since switched to Pantene and it's exactly what I needed. Will never get Neutrogena hair stuff again.

This is a nice conditioner. I have fine hair, and find that this product does not weigh my hair down, yet it offers moisture. However, if you use this product too often, it will build up in your hair and cause your hair to become dry. As such, you need to alternate your shampoos and conditioners, or, at the very least, use an anti-residue shampoo every so often to get the build-up off of your hair. If you do this, you might like this conditioner, and it will most likely give you a "good hair day" on days you use it. But if you don't clean your hair of the residue from time to time, you will end up with dry, brittle hair, which contradicts the intent of the product. I think the quality of the product rivals some higher end lines, so I would suggest giving it a try when it's on sale, and trying the matching shampoo along with it.

My hair is thick, coarse but naturally curly, so I needed a very good deep, moisturizing conditioner; and I found it! I also recommend the hair recovery mask.

This product saved my hair. My hair was very thin, fine, and very damaged. After I would wash my hair with just any shampoo it would feel way to fine with tons of flyaways and zero manageability. I dye my hair very often and used this product to save my hair after I went from brown to bleach blonde and OMG my hair was a mess. I used this product (just the shampoo and conditioner) about 4 times a week for a year and before I knew it, it actually became too moisturizing for my hair! I was so happy then I switched to L'Oreal Vive Pro Smooth Intense Shampoo and conditioner. For dry, frizzy hair that's fine and now thats all I used because my hair has been saved. Now its manageable and just the right amount of weight. The Neutrogena system actually stopped my hair from falling out so it's not as thin anymore and it doesn't break. I love my hair! If you're hair is very damaged I recommend this product

This stuff is great - probably best for thick hair that sucks up conditioner like mine. Its the best conditioner I've found, and I've tried all of the pricier brands.

Best product Ive ever used and I have tried them all -- cheap and expensive. I have course hair and this product makes my hair very soft and smooth -- easier to manage.

Although this conditioner does smell great, it leaves my hair oily. I only use the recommended nickel sized amount but it is still too much. I have colored hair so I need a good conditioner. This isn't it.
