This conditioner worked wonders on my hair. After using it just once, my boyfriend (who normally doesn't even notice when I get a haircut) commented on how soft and shiny my hair was. It's great stuff for dry hair.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! I've been a faithful user of this product for well over 3 years now and it's the best! I have chemically processed hair and I've tried everything my hairdressers have recommended and NOTHING works better then this! I use the shampoo, hair serum, hair mask & this! My new favorite daily conditioner, by far. Makes my fine, medium-thick hair super-silky, and even thicker-looking. Works best when I leave it on for a couple minutes (while shaving, etc.), and then rinse it off with cool-ish water.

I just got the Japanese straightening system on my hair 2 months ago - then colored it 1 month ago. Needless to say my hair is strong, but with all this processing it needed serious TLC. I used this conditioner and found it to be totally creamy and made my hair super soft, shiny and overall very happy - you can not beat this for the price. There are numerous products out there which make a huge difference but which will COST you...this is one product you will not have to pay an arm and leg for and it will do the job REALLY well!!!!

This is a great product. I have very damaged hair from 2 straightening perms and many coloring sessions. I use this conditioner in combination with Redken's All Soft shampoo...it's a winning team. I found the All Soft conditioner to be a little too heavy and moisturizing, but this one is just right. The smell is so-so, but I wouldn't say it's bad. Great product!

I'm a Canadian black female with relaxed medium length hair and I am so disappointed with this conditioner. It personally did not like the feel of it in my hair and I felt I had to put some effort into detangling my hair. And strange enough, when combing my hair with the conditioner on, my hair felt somewhat coarse. This conditioner has the same consistency as Redken's All Soft conditioner which also has minimal effect on my hair. Extremely thick conditioners do *nothing* for my hair. The best conditioner that works for my hair is Aveda's Brilliant conditioner. It's amazing...no tangles; I can comb my hair with ease and the amazing brilliant shine and softness and smoothness! However, it's expensive and I was trying to find a comparable product. Oh well.

Unbelievable! My hair is so damaged that when I went to get it highlighted, I had to sign a waiver in case the process caused more damage. Due to several long periods of heavy medication, my hair is dry, brittle, totally unmanageable, and so unhealthy it started to fall out at one point. I've tried Kerastase conditioners, both the orange and green series, and this Neutrogena works BETTER - especially on a daily basis.
