Thank god for this product!!! I destroyed my hair by way over processing it (bleaching - bad!). This is the first product that has made my hair actually feel like hair! If you think you're hair is hopeless, you really need to give this a try. It will make you sooo thrilled to be able to just run your hands threw your silky hair again.

This is the best conditioner I have ever used. My hair is bleached platinum, and a couple of times it got fried and really damaged. I tried other conditioners and even a hot oil treamtent and none of them helped. This is the only conditioner that made my hair soft again. It smells really good too. I have also used the leave-in conditioner from the same line and I really like that as well. I highly recommend this for damaged hair.

This product didnt work for me. I have straight hair with split ends, very dry and i thought this product will help me. I used it for more than a month now, and i dont see any difference. But the good thing about it is thats not making my hair greasy and flat like the most of other hair masks do. I will keep using it till i finish the jar, but i ll never buy this product again. I ll keep looking for better products for my hair.

This stuff is wonderful! I use it once a week. I put it on my roots mostly and then wrap my hair in a towel for at least 5 minutes, then wash it out. After my hair dries it feels so much softer and looks shinier.

I tried this as a replacement. It is good, but not quite as good as the John Frieda. The texture of the Neutrogena is more like pudding pie filling. This makes the Neutrogena a little oilier/heavier. It moisturizes my fine, wavy blonde hair but it does not have the bounce. I did like the subtle citrus scent of the Neutrogena, but can't recommend it as a full replacement.

This is a wonderful product. I learned the hard way that my hair is not strong enough to bleach. Neutrogena Triple Moisture Mask leaves my hair silky and manageable, it is also a good value as you don't need very much. I plan to use this stuff even after my damage grows out, it's that good.

I love this product!! My hair is dry and damaged and after just one use my hair was soft and shiny! Only one problem... it says to use a "little bit".... my hair is long and thick and I had to use a lot of this product, but it's not too expensive so it's not a big deal! Definately try!
