It does a good job at detangling, softening and moisturizing. I would have given it 5 stars if it detangled better. I rinse almost all of it out, leaving in just a tiny bit for extra softness. This conditioner is thick and wonderful. It makes your hair amazingly soft. It does not weigh it down, because I can even skip a day of washing, and my hair is still bouncy and full.

I have dyed, dry, thin split-ended hair and this is the only thing that heals the split ends, makes it shiny, full, and manageable, but you must follow the directions! Use a small amount and start with your ends and work your way up, leave in for 3 to 5 minutes. I leave it in for as long as it takes me to shave both legs, wash my face and my body.
