I want to let the world know that this is a wonderful conditioner! I've tried a lot of expensive salon conditioners and hair repair products, nothing worked as well as this product that I found from drugstore. I used to wear a heated cap once a week after applying those expensive hair reconstructors. However they don't work as well as this one. With this conditioner, I just put it on every time I wash my hair and leave it on for 3 or 4 minutes. My hair feels so soft and bouncy! It is heaven! I absolutely love it!!! I've been using this product for a month and now I totally trust it! My hair is thick, dry and very damaged from years of coloring since I have lots of grey hair. I'd assume if this works for me, it has to work for you. You know what I mean? And this product smells very good, I don't know why some people complain about the smell.

I LOVE this product. It deep conditions my colored, chemically straightened hair with ease. I use it twice a week and leave it on overnight once a week. It leaves my hair feeling soft and manageable and it really improves the condition of my hair. This little jar goes a long way with me.

I am AFRCIAN AMERICAN and doubted that this product could really help me (especially because my hair looked a mess). But...the SHINE, the volume, the strength...every hair strand looks beyond healthy. African Americans, here's the deal: put in a huge glob, don't be shy. I will probably only get three uses out of my tub, but hey, when I'm at the hair dresser, they use a huge glob to condition my hair too, so whatever. Your hair's quality will be better with more. Anyway, so use a huge glob and really rub it into the roots a lot, then saturate the tips. Then leave it in for 30 minutes. The jar says 5, but I needed more because my hair was...let's say it together: a hot mess. After I rinsed, I rubbed in Frizz Ease hair serum then blow dried it straight with my comb attachment hooked onto my drier. I swear to you, I looked like I'd come from a salon.

It's a great deep conditioner; I've been using it once a week for a few months now and my hair is definitely healthier looking. You can definitely see a difference in shine and softness after you use it, which usually lasts at least 2 days. I gave it four stars though because I wouldn't really recommend it for people with fine hair; it's a little heavy but I definitely think everyone should give it a try.

It does a very good job at making my hair more soft and shiny, and it works very fast. Combine it with the shampoo for a very noticeable improvement. However, the smell is bad; like something rancid. I don't know why Neutrogena picked the scent(s) they did for this product line. Yech!

If this did anything, it made my hair feel stringy and my split ends more noticeable. I'm an African American with fairly dry hair with split ends, and I thought it would do more repairing, but I thought wrong! The smell was nice when first opened, but got UNBEARABLE after less than 3 minutes. With Gabrielle Union in the ad for this product, I thought it would help with my kind of hair - ugh; I thought wrong. If you really want an AWESOME deep conditioner, try Te Tao shine wrap tea treatment. It's a third of the price of this conditioner and does wonders!

I bought this product at a local store due to its reasonable price, but didn't really have any expectations. I was more than impressed to feel the difference in my hair after just a few minutes, and even using just a little of the product as recommended. My hair has been horribly dry due to bad water and chemical processing (I have African American hair), and it left my hair soft and shiny. I would highly recommend this product and would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the weird smell. Otherwise it is the best deep conditioner I've ever used; they have a new fan.

Great deep conditioner! I used it last night and my color treated hair feels silky and looks healthy. Smells pretty good, too!

Good product, terrible, cheap smell. Neutrogena, why have you gone to the fake fruity (what is it, apple?) smell that every other cheap drugstore product has? I have curly hair and I've tried so many products. Neutrogena makes good stuff. They used to have a good smell (their old conditioner in the clear bottle and blue cap!), but they went down this path. For that matter, Dove smells like this too and it makes otherwise decent products unbearable. I pay more for smell! It's on my head and I can't escape it, so make a better, more sophisticated smell please!

The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't really see any difference in the results I get from the Triple Moisture Daily Conditioner. But both are excellent products. I have the worst hair - so dry, brittle, and unhealthy from medications that I had to sign a waiver at the salon to get them to highlight it. I've tried Kerastase, both orange and green types, and Biolage - Neutrogena Triple Moisture works BETTER for my hair. Unbelievable stuff.
