I would give this product 5 stars! Nothing compares to when I go to a salon and get a deep hair treatment, but I've only used this ONCE and it repaired my extremely dry, damaged, African American hair. After ONE application, that's impressive (I hope it continues to work this way). I only had to use a miniscule amount and it smells very lovely. I cut my hair before I bought this about 5 or 6 inches because it felt like hay; I really wish I would have got this before I cut my hair. I was trying to grow it out, I'll try again.

This mask really makes a difference in my hair, which is long, naturally wavy, dry and with lots of volume. After washing the product out my hair feels soft and conditioned, but not greasy. I used it for the first time last week; I used a ceramic iron to straighten my hair for a special occasion, and the result was silky hair. I really liked the way it felt!

Let me add my kudos -- this is a wonderful deep conditioner, especially for the price. I leave it on for at least 15 minutes after coloring, and my color treated hair is much nicer. I am over 50, and notice that I need extra help keeping my hair looking shiny and protected from processing. This is great -- and another reason I love it is that it SMELLS WONDERFUL, too, like an aromatherapy treatment while you condition.

I had my hair terribly over processed by bleaching and I was so depressed that even thought of cutting to a short haircut. It was so bad that I could pull a hair and tear it with no effort put. Thanks to this mask my hair looks normal, feels very soft and is even able to reflect some light and shine! Also I am not really losing it as I was afraid of. Great thing to remedy totally dead hair!

I am actually allergic to most Neutrogena SKIN products, and was a little skeptical about trying a hair product from them. But my hair was in desperate need from multiple colorings and relaxants. I actually left the product on for longer than it states--about 15 minutes total. My hair is SO soft today! It's shiny and actually silky. Not many products work on my course, easy-to-break thick hair, but this one actually did. And I was very skeptical at first.

This stuff is just AMAZING. Wonderful. Fabulous. Like everything in the Triple Moisture line, it's the best product I've ever tried, regardless of price, which, might I add, is not a factor with this product or any of its family. Even though my hair is already soft and silky from the other products in the line, which I use every day, I like to use this deep conditioner once-a-week, just like I use a face mask. Even though my skin is clear (which, oddly enough, is also entirely thanks to Neutrogena products (the Advanced Solutions Acne Therapy System; the mask I'm talking about is the Advanced Solution Facial Peel-- I should buy stock!). I apply the Hair Mask liberally from roots to the tips and wind my hair up into a bun under a shower cap. After I rinse everything off (and you do want to make sure to rinse well), my hair is even softer, smoother, and shinier than it was before-- this stuff is just out-of-this-world. Buy it by the metric ton.

Excellent conditioner. I have very dry, frizzy hair, and have tried just about every product out there. This whole line of products changed my hair! I kid you not.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! What higher praise can I extend to this product? I am a black female living in London, England and have been using the whole Triple Moisture line for about two months now. From the first wash there was an instant improvement. It went from being dull, breaking (all over my clothes, in combs and brushes) and crying out for some moisture, to a vibrant, shiny and bouncing head of hair. It has reduced my breakage at least 80% from the first wash and now I don't even consider myself to have any breakage worth thinking about. I have also noticed the difference in my scalp, which was itchy and flakey and is now itch and flake free. The only advice that I would give to first timers is to put a steam cap on over night and rejoice in the morning at how soft and supple your hair has become. I am so excited about this product that I have been washing my friends' hair with it and they are now the converted, after one wash!

I have not found a better conditioner, nor could I imagine being able to do so. This is an amazing product. My hair is very "fried"/damaged and fairly long, but I've been able to comb through my wet hair after using this conditioner. Smells great, feels fantastic! Might even make a good gift, it's so great!

THE BEST. I'm a follower of Lorraine Massey's "no-shampoo" regime and even with daily use, this never weighs my hair down or makes it greasy or sticky. Just soft, soft, soft. I recently destroyed my hair with over processing and was worried I'd have to cut it all off, but TM came to my rescue YET AGAIN. And you just cannot beat the price!! It worked better on my poor frazzled locks than some of the triply priced products I bought! BTW about the ingredients: the alcohols in this are hydrating variants, they are NOT the denatured alcohol or SD alcohol that you find in hairsprays, gels, etc -- those are extremely drying! What this does NOT have is a lot of protein, which is why it's great for relaxed hair. Too much protein can make hair brittle, especially relaxed hair. This will just make it soft, soft. Buy it!
