Normally, I'm not one to pan a product, but in this case, I must speak out. I do unfortunately, suffer from mild to medium stress incontinence as a result of a prostatectomy. I have tried almost every male incontinence product on the market, and this one came up dead last. The product design is probably the best, but it needs instructions for proper useage; the absorption rate is far too low, and it would seem that the user would have to be extremely well-endowed to properly use the product.

Excellent product...very high capacity.
