When I want to use it as a detox, I do up to 6oz a day for about a week. In between detox, I sometimes do 2oz a day to maintain. It's a great product that I can honestly say that works for me. I'd stopped taking it awhile (trying to cut back on things), and I noticed that during that time my skin wasn't as smooth, I was catching colds, wasn't as energized, etc. So I started back taking it more often. I also like the price through drugstore.com!!! It's usually about $10 cheaper than the local stores in my area. Don't worry about the taste. After awhile you'll adjust to it. :-)

I bought this after reading the good reviews. One bottle lasted about a week. It really did not have much impact on my body in that time. I eat pretty healthy and exercise too. At the end of the week I felt gassy, bloated and stopped up, So I was not too happy with those results. Perhaps with a month of use?

Well. I like the taste of this(like plain green tea, no sugar), and I could tell from one bottle that SOMETHING good was happening!! My energy level was higher, my adult acne started to recede slightly, I generally felt "better". I'm 30 and I've lived a terrible rock and roll lifestyle(you name it), and I still smoke, am on prescription meds, and though I don't drink like I used to, I still have a 'night out' here and there. So, my body has been through some things. This product seemed to 'lift' me a bit, and a could tell some of the toxins were going sheerly from my digestive systems behavior(both ways)- But this doesn't say how long your supposed to take it...so that's the downfall. One bottle seemed to 'begin' to do something, but the bottle doesn't last long at all, and they are pricey for that...BUT I'm going to get two more. I'll post an update after I go through them. I can tell this is an effective product, but the instructions should be more clear for a detox regimen. Most detox programs aren't meant to be used long term??!!

This product really works! To those people who haven't seen results, try it again! This time, live a healthy lifestyle. Eat veggies and fruits, drink lots of water, and exercise. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! I lost 6.5 pounds in 4 days. In 10 days, I lost 3" from both my waist and my bust! AMAZING! Educate yourself about cleansing and give it a try!

I purchased this product because of its positive reviews. But it hasn't done anything for me...other than give me indigestion...the taste is horrible (like burning wood). It just didn't work for me. :-(

Flor Essence was recommended to my husband for me to use. I have been fighting ovarian cancer for the past three years. For two weeks I had been off all chemo while waiting approval from my health insurance carrier for a new treatment. I started using Flor Essence and, in the two week period that I was using only Flor Essence, my CA125 dropped from 363 to 275. I can only credit the Flor Essence.

I use this product for a cleanser when cold and flue season hits. It is superior in that it works instantly, but the affects are felt 2 or more bottles into the program. Consistency is the key to this cleanser. The taste is leafy green, life green tea without sugar. I noticed the cleansing affect of nasal dripping, not to be graphic, but regular bm's and restful sleep.

This product helps prevent fluid retention for me. When I don't use the product for more than two days my ankles and lower legs swell terribly, that I can't get my shoes on. It is very painful. As soon as I start back on the product, the fluid accumulation goes away.

I got this product to detox and after reading good reviews on how it increases energy levels and is overall good for the body. Sadly this product did not work for me. I did not feel a difference at all in how I felt, and it didn't really have any detox effects with it either. It also tasted terrible. I had to hold my nose just to force myself to drink it.

I use to buy this for my sister who had cancer. It helped her a great deal after she took chemo treatments; it seemed to have given her energy. It also helped my aunt stabilize her sugar because she has diabetes. I take it because it makes me feel better. I don't know why it works, it just does. Like a nurse told me once, it will lift the dead. She was right because my sister has a lot of energy after her chemo therapy.
