Excellent product! I would buy it again - removes quickly even water-proof mascara. I'm very happy with it.

Takes off eye make-up just fine. Doesn't sting like some. However, despite being oil-free, it sure leaves an oily-feeling residue behind which is tough to get off. I feel like I'm doing a lot of wiping, scubbing, tugging around the eye when I use this.

It removes some mascara, but not all of it. I usually wash my face with soap and water. Then whatever makeup is left, I take away with this eye make up remover.

Definitely as good as the Clinique product, but the price is right. Completely removes even my waterproof mascara without tugging, and is gentle and non-irritating. The best eye makeup remover that I've used - and I've used a lot of them! I think if you use this with a q-tip, you can spot remove. That's what I do.

Removes mascara fine, but it is VERY oily despite the "Oil Free" name. It is quite clear there is oil in it, as it separates in the bottle and you have to shake it up. After using this product, my eyes have so much oil on them, its ridiculous. And forget about using this product to spot remove stray eye liner or mascara on the eye, once it dries, the area turns ashy and white. I will never buy this again.

This stuff does a great job at getting rid of my waterproof mascara. Plain and simple. And you don't get any residue! Neutrogena's eye makeup remover is the only one that removes all of my eye makeup. The others left didn't thoroughly get rid of the mascara.

I love this product. It works great and doesn't smell. Excellent on mascara.

I tried this product as a less expensive alternative to Clinique, which has a very similar (and very good) product. I was thrilled to see that it worked JUST AS WELL for a BETTER VALUE! I would recommend this product to anyone! Frankly, I don't really understand why there were a few negative reviews! It took my mascara off easily and gently (just hold the cotton ball over your makeup for a few seconds to dissolve it before wiping). It did feel a little oily, but that doesn't matter to me since I wash my face after removing eye makeup anyway. I'll definitely buy this stuff again.

Great product. It is gentle and takes off water-proof mascara with ease. Much better than L'Oreal, Almay, or Clinique!

I tried everything I could to make this stuff work, but it was awful. It drove me nuts.
