This product removed my mascara easily (I didn't have to rub hard at all). It also didn't irritate my eyes at all. I didn't find that it was oily or drying -- it seemed just right for my skin.

I like this stuff better than the Oil Free Maybelline. It works just as well, but it's a better value, as you get a LOT more of it. It only feels oily if you forget to shake it up as instructed --the liquid separates. But it is well worth it.

I really like this makeup remover. Much less oily than the Almay Dual Phase. It gets off all my stubborn waterproof mascara and doesn't sting.

This is the best eye make up remover I've used, it takes off my really stubborn waterproof mascara and I don't find it to be oily whatsoever. I think the trick is to put a liberal amount of the remover on a nice fluffy cotton ball and you don't have to tear and rub really hard, just apply it and sweep a few times. It does feel a bit oily when you rinse with water afterwards, but I just towel it off and it makes my eye area nice and smooth. This is one of my new must have beauty staples.

This stuff is as good as, if not better, than more expensive brands, and I've tried them all. Easily takes off my makeup with no stinging. Love it- well worth the price!!

This is the BEST eye makeup remover I have EVER used. It easily removes waterproof mascara. (Just don't forget to shake the bottle, as directed, before applying to a cotton ball.) It is definitely on my list of repeat purchases.

Sure feels oily for being oil-free. That and I must have pulled out like ten eyelashes trying to get my mascara off because the remover was so "weak".

I have tried many oil free eye makeup removers. The only product I had found that removes waterproof mascara without irritation or rubbing, prior to finding NEUTROGENA'S product was Mary Kay's product. The two products are practically identical with the exception of price...Neutrogena's product costs about 1/3 the price of Mary Kay's and is more readily available. I am so glad I have found this quality product!

I use Almay 16-hour eyeliner. It takes awhile to remove it, and sometimes it may sting your eyes a little, but overall it works pretty well.

The price is great. It does not irritate my eyes or contacts, but it does not completely remove all of my eye makeup. It did however remove my makeup better than the Nivea brand.
