I wanted an effective make-up remover that did not burn my eyes. This product does not burn my eyes but it also doesn't get my mascara off.

I love this eye make up remover. It works great and gets waterproof mascara off really easily. I wear contacts, yet this product does not irritate my eyes. It does leave a little bit of a greasy feeling, but I wash my entire face after using it. Have recommended it to friends and would definitely continue to recommend it others.

Doesn't work as well as Clinique eye makeup remover, but it's works well for 1/3 of the price. It removes waterproof mascara and liner, though it takes some scrubbing with a Q-tip.

Just a litttttle greasy after use, but it washes away with water. Cheap, effective. I will always use this remover.

I have tried many other eye makeup removers and this is by far the best. When I remove my waterproof mascara, the solution does not irritate my eyes, unlike the generic version I previously tried (store brand). I will definitely stick with this one.

Why pay more for something like Lancome or Clinique when this stuff is just as good and probably less than half the price? This has been my go-to eye makeup remover for a few years now.

This is the best eye makeup remover I've used. Some I wont name but they burn your eyes leaving them oily and stinking. I totally love this.

It doesn't clean all the eye make up at once, u need to first use this then wash ur eyes with warm water then some more mascara or eye liner comes under ur eye and u clean it with the solution again.. and repeat this process till its all cleared.. it could have been better like olay's which is a cream that u apply all over ur eye.. the fact that u need to use a cotton pad is bad... it doesn't let the solution to contact ur eye directly and clear everything at once.

I live for the smokey eye. I use black, long-lasting eyeliner, black, waterproof mascara, & dark eyeshadows. One swipe of a cotton ball w/just a little Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover, and my cotton ball was BLACK, my eyes, almost completely clean!! It takes me just a couple of swipes, & no more eye makeup. My lashes aren't so brittle anymore, & I wake up w/no smudges on my pillow & a clean slate to start over.

I like to put my makeup on once int he morning and have it last all day -- so I use eyemakeup primer, fixative and mostly waterproof and longlasting liners and mascaras. There aren't too many brands that say they are good on waterproof makeup-- but this one does- and it is!
