Amazing....i put it on a cyst that I had for a couple of days and within 2 hours, it was REDUCED. I swear, only works on acne that hasn't broken the surface, but it does dry out ones that have broken the skin. I used to use Mario Badescu drying lotion, but this stuff is sooo much better. Also, only use as a spot treatment, because you don't want it to dry out all of your skin.

This is the most amazing product EVER! I am 29 and suffer from hormonal acne; this product cleared my face in 3 days. I would recommend it to everyone!!! It does smell, however, as long as it clears my face, I am not concerned.

Nothing works miracles. Compared to Mario Badescu, it's lower in price with the same result. It shortens the break out and healing time of acne. I use it religiously. It's half the price of what I used to spend, but works great. Using other products tends to dry out your skin that doesn't have breakouts instead of targetting the pimple. I highly recommend it. Just wish they made longer Q tips!!!

This stuff is astonishing. When my doctor put me on hormone therapy, he warned me it might "aggravate" my acne (which was already moderately bad). What an understatement. At 32, my acne was so much worse than anything I had as a teen. For the first time, I had zits EVERYWHERE, blackheads, whiteheads, and painful cystic acne, which I'd never ever had before. I tried everything, and nothing helped at all. Bye Bye Blemish was my last shot before going on Accutane. Fortunately, this stuff works! It gets rid of all kinds of zits. My cysts had been lasting up to 2 months, and now are gone in 4-5 days. They don't go overnight, but they do go. Be patient and follow the directions.

My teenage daughter can't be without it. It is amazing!!! We tried Proactiv and other products, and she wanted this instead. Put it on before you go to bed at night and it really works wonders!! You're going to want to stock up.

I would give this 10 stars if I could! I have had this completly disgusting, painful, hormonal cystic zit living on my chin for 4 days now. I received my bye bye blemish lotion in the mail yesterday (thanks to drugstore.com's super fast shipping). I washed my face and put this stuff on with a Q-tip at 5:00 when I got home from work. I got up this morning and when I got out of the shower, it was a miracle, my zit had shrunk down to barely anything. I was able to cover the tiny spec I had left with some concealer, and it didn't even hurt anymore. I'm so unbelieveably happy with this product. It's a can't miss. If this stuff worked on the crater on my chin, it will work for whatever you've got going on, GUARANTEED! Try it, you will not be disapointed at all.

THE BEST product I have ever come across to treat acne. This stuff is simply amazing. To whoever gave this a negative review, you have to remember it is a SPOT TREATMENT... Also if you use it everyday twice a day or more, it will not work, as you will build up a tolerance to it and become immune to the ingredients. So use as directed and it will work like a gem!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this stuff! Like most people, I was a little skeptical at first about trying a product that was 'seen on TV', when most of these products do not work, but Bye Bye Blemish drying lotion has made a believer out of me! Try it! It is totally worth it.
