I have had acne throughout high school and my first year of college. It's really hard to feel good about how you look when you have pimples all over your face and I'm sick of it. When I wear make-up, I look in the mirror and think I look beautiful, because I can't see my acne, but I still know it's underneath. I've tried many different products that use Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid without much success. I noticed that the times when my skin looked its best was actually when it was really dry, but I knew this wasn't good for my skin. With this product, I can moisturize my skin, but put the drying lotion just where it needs to go, on my acne. So my face can be moisturized and healthy while just my pimples dry up and disappear. I used this product for the first time just yesterday, and I already see pretty dramatic results. My skin is much clearer than it normally is and I'm feeling pretty good. I think I've finally found something that works for me!

I have suffered for years with acne, and although this product is not a CURE, it prevents my huge cystic acne from ever coming to the skin's surface! This is a SPOT treatment - the best I've ever used. I apply it the first night there's a hint of a pimple, and that pimple will not ever break the surface of my skin. This is by far the most reliable spot treatment I have ever tried, and I've tried all the big names. Use it in combination with Benzoyl Peroxide (which is not a very good spot treatment, but a preventative). It's smelly because it has sulphur, so try not to get it on your pillow case!

I suffer from hormonal breakouts -- I'll get an occasional large cystic pimple. I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide, and salicylic acid really irritates my very sensitive skin. The main ingredient in this, sulfur, is what seems to work best for me. Note that the gel that Bye Bye Blemish makes has a different main ingredient -- salicylic acid -- so don't confuse this pink lotion with the gel. I'll use this lotion as soon as I feel a pimple coming on (with cystic pimples, you feel them coming under the skin) and it definitely lessens the duration and severity of the outbreak. I only use it at night, and only on the affected area. It's the best over the counter remedy I have ever used for the once in a while pimple.

Prior to purchasing this product I did some research. The majority of reviewers found this treatment to be amazing, so naturally I bought it. I guess I'm one of those exceptions, because after a month of usage, this product has not had any positive results. Instead, the pimples are still there, but the surrounding skin has become dry and flaky. Along with that, I've noticed more pimples developing in the general area of where I have been applying the lotion. The pimples I have been applying the lotion to have not been reduced even the slightest. It does have other downsides, which I wouldn't have minded so much if the product worked for me. It may just be my acne-prone skin is tougher to cure, but I do not recommend this product.

I kinda like this product despite its cheap cover and looks. I have tried everything from Clearasil to Neutrogena. This is the only product that really works. I am somewhat impressed with its effects.

This product is super good!!!! It's so easy to use and it works right away. I put it on at night and my blemish was gone in the morning. It feels and looks just like calamine lotion. It has a weird smell and you look funny with pink spots on your face, but it is so worth it!!

This is the best acne product I've ever used, and trust me I have tried them all from ProActiv to all the counter drugstore products. My pimples are not visible anymore, but my face is still a little red; I can't complain. This is the product for me, and I hope for all the people who struggle with acne. At least take the time to try this product. It never hurts to try. It may go on pink at night, but you will be happy when you wake up in the morning all refreshed, which is all that matters. =)

Great product! I mainly suffer from hormonal acne. I have used a TON of acne medications and this stuff works great on individual zits. Small ones are gone overnight and larger ones take a couple of days. Closest miracle med I have come across. Sure, the smell isn't great and you walk around with "pink spots" on your face from putting this stuff on. But, if it works, why complain? Highly recommend!

The product really works. Upscale department stores carry versions of this product at substantially higher costs, but the pricier versions do not work as well (I tried them). This product is not meant for sensitive skin. For average blemished skin, this product is a true gem.

This stuff is worth its weight in gold. One of the only products I've used that really does what it promises. Emerging pimples disappeared overnight, and *existing* pimples were gone in 2-3 days. Even better than the Pond's Overnight Blemish reducers, which I loved.
