Since having a baby (he's nearly one year old now), I'm washing my hands more frequently, and they are taking a beating. I've tried a number of different hand creams. Les Couvent de Minemes cream was the best, but it's way too expensive for the frequent use I now require. I have many Burt's Bee's products that I like (and love their use of natural ingredients). This hand cream does add moisture to dry, cracked hands, but it doesn't last. And because it's so greasy going on, it's not practical for multiple use (i.e., bedtime only). Also, the odor is interesting... reminds me of the sugar-fried apples you get for free dessert at a Chinese restaurant. Interesting because you'd expect more banana smell, given the natural ingredients. I'll keep looking.

While it's still in the container it smells like that fake banana scent kind of like banana pudding but like a minute after you apply it it changes to this weird scent. It kind of smells like a mix between an antique store and some spicy scent. I mean it's not horrible and it's not a strong smell at all. I used it last night before bed woke up to soft smooth hands. I'll try it on my feet too!

It may have worked, had I not have to have washed it off becasue the smell was so Yuck.

I decided to try this Burt's Bees cream since it is made from all natural ingredients. I love the smell, it smells just like bananas, but doesn't linger too long. It works wonders on hands and feet plus doesn't have any chemicals that most creams use. I bought one for everyone in my family and they love it too.

I love the way it makes my hands feel, but the smell isn't something I would want to have on my hands at work or out and about. It smells exactly like a banana charleston bar (very sweet strong banana odor). Brings back memories of my childhood, but not great for wearing around. It is fine to wear around the house, and softens my hands nicely. I like it's effects more than the almond one, but the smell a bit less.

This is my favorite Burt's Bees product, hands down (pardon the pun). There is no hand lotion in the world that I have found to be effective and many creams don't work either. I like "Hand Repair Cream" for work because it soothes my dry skin although it doesnt really moisturize because it's absorbed too quickly. The tradeoff is it's not too greasy. But for home and nighttime it has to be banana hand cream. It doesn't sting (the Almond Hand Cream stings something awful and the smell is too strong), has a pleasant smell, and makes my dry chapped hands feel softer and better in the morning. I'll even put it on in the morning before work. This product is expensive but worth it--the ONLY hand cream that's worth buying, in my opinion. My partner, who was the one who originally bought this and then turned me on to it, also agrees!

My husband has eczema and I love that there is something out there that help relieve his skin with out all the chemicals. If you are looking for something natural, this is a great product!

I have extremely dry skin and my feet and heels are the worst. This is the only product that has ever healed them completely. I use it at night and and usually put socks on. I've been out for a few weeks and my feet are suffering. I finally located it on drugstore.com. (I use ebates[...] then go to drugstore.com and get a rebate too, my last rebate check was $30!) I will be trying some new burts bee products this time.

I am so glad I tried this as a sample and never ordered a full size. I really can't stand it at all, and ended up throwing it out after a few uses. First and foremost, it smells awful. Even if it had been perfect in every other way, there was no way I could get past the scent. It also didn't sink in well enough and left a greasy residue on my hands. It does moisturize, I'll give them that, but there are much better hand creams out there, so I won't be bothering with this one again.
