Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. I found this product by researching online good scalp-protection SPF products. I noticed it had decent reviews so I decided to try it.
The reason I searched to begin with was because my husband and I were going to Disney World, FL for eight days. I have fair skin and it never fails that my scalp will sunburn within the first day of summer sun exposure, which is really painful (I do have medium/long hair). I don't like wearing a hat because I have acne-prone skin and I'll break out where the hat touches my forehead. Plus, I have bangs and there's no fixing them if we duck in somewhere to get something to eat. I also don't like putting regular sunscreen in my part because it makes my bangs super greasy looking (not a pretty sight).
Anyway, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I didn't burn AT ALL and had no need for my emergency hat. I never had to reapply despite being out in the 95+ degree heat all day. My part would have a pink/tan hue at night after I showered but never stung as I brushed my hair or peeled. Any slight pink hue would be gone by morning (I suppose this could be avoided completely if you reapply).
I just sprayed this around my bangs where my scalp was exposed (my hair was in a ponytail) and down the middle where I part my bangs. I then used a travel brush and brushed through my bangs once or twice and it didn't even look like I had sunscreen on my head! I definitely recommend it for this use.
Well, we ran out of our "go to" sunscreen toward the end our trip and had to use this on our arms, shoulders and legs for one day. It worked well for UVA/UVB protection for being only 30 SPF. It definitely has an unpleasant odor, though, and we were grossing ourselves out. I wouldn't use it on my body again. But when it's only on my scalp, I don't smell it at all, especially after it dries.
I wouldn't recommend it for body (unless you don't mind the smell), but for the scalp it's a must! I'll be using this on my part whenever I'm in the sun for an extended period of time.

My husband really likes this product to protect his hairy chest, which is difficult to rub a lotion sunscreen into, and also for his scalp, which is less thick in the hair department.
I wish it had less chemials in it, but he is happy with its performance and continues to use it at the beach, pool, and golf course!

I have been using this sunscreen for years. I have fair skin and have always been using some sort of sunscreen. This is just so easy to use. Spray on, don't rub in. Let it dry and you're done. Great for golfers, since you don't have any oils left on your hand like you do with rubbing sunscreen on. Make sure you get all the spots though, and too light of a coating doesn't work well.

I bought this because my son has a buzz cut and is really fair. I didn't want him to get burned on his scalp this summer, so I use this when he's outside. It also easy to spray onto his neck, ears, etc. I haven't used it anywhere else on his body as I specifically bought it for his scalp.

I'm a long time user, it's my staple for summer, you do still tan but you are protected. I use it on my face, legs and arms when I sail, bike riding and doing anything in the summer. I don't find it to be greasy on my face either and I have oily skin and can break out easily and it does not break me out! It has a scent but one I can tolerate and fades once the product has dried on your skin and I'm one to not wear perfumes. It does not stain your clothes. Whether or not it's sweat proof I don't know but I do sweat tons and my eyes don't sting so I'm guessing it works. Just bought the cream SPF 50 so will test that out this summer to say tuned.
