I have always had a problem with acne on my chest, back, arms, and face. Recently I found this product if used twice a day and apply the vanishing face cream on the major problem areas my acne seems to clear up. So far, it's doing a great job...my complexion is also coming back -- thank you very much. The only down fall is it takes patience to use any acne product, but I have it with this one.

Felt the spray was too sticky, even when sprayed lightly. Stuck to my clothes, too. Smell was pleasant enough, but for the two weeks that I forced myself to use it, my chest and back blemishes didn't clear up enough to justify buying it again.

Have struggled with acne for years and thought there was no hope. I used the first bottle of spray with no expectations, I just promised myself to use it every day and see what happened. I tried the product with a body acne wash from Zenmed, but saw no results. The product made my skin worse. I used the adult tinted Clearasil on my body ance instead and it cleared up.

Never, ever written a review on a product before, but.... I know how horrible it is to be self-conscious of your back or chest in the summertime in a dress or tank top (along with a million other situations). So I will write and say this is the only thing that has ever worked for me. And it works really well at that. Just ordered another bottle. Goes quickly, but worth every dollar. Use twice a day for at least two weeks to see a BIG difference.

I never write reviews on anything but nothing to date has made me happier than this product. I've tried benzoyl products, Retin-A, everything. The only other product that came close was the Neutrogena body clear lotion which I can't find anymore. But that was also a salicylic leave on product, so it makes sense. I love this spray - it's so easy to apply and it cleared up my back, chest and shoulders by like 90% in about 2 weeks of twice a day use. I'm a user for life!! Happy girl!!

I have use the Clinique acne spray before and I think Nature's Cure spray works even better. The smell is not that bad. If you have serious acne problems, I'd suggest using an acne body scrub also.

Great product! I've always had chest/back acne since I was in high school (25yrs old now). It was never severe but definitely a problem. This stuff works!! I spray it on when I get out of the shower and sometimes an hour or so before bed, and the results are incredible. At any given time I'd have between 3-7 bumps on my chest or back, and this has brought it down to maybe 1 on a bad day -- and they clear quickly. I HIGHLY suggest this! The base is salicylic acid so it doesn't stain/bleach anything like benzoyl peroxide does.
