This is the only thing that ever got rid of the acne of my back and shoulders, which has been severe for the past few years. I wasn't expecting much from this product vecause my acne was so bad, but it really surprised me! There was a dramatic improvement only after one day of using it. Hopefully I'll be able to get 100% clear so I can wear tanktops this summer.

I buy this in bulk! It's a staple in my body treatment lineup during summer months when sweat and oil build up on my chest and back. I keep it on-hand in the winter months as well, for hormonal breakouts. I also use it for unsightly rear-end bumps (you know you've had them from time to time!). It dries quickly, and does not stain clothing. Pump works upside down until the bottle gets nearly empty, then it's a little harder to spray from other angles. Overall, it's a GREAT product and is about 75% cheaper than other high-end body acne treatments I've seen (Murad). Wish they made it in a larger bottle!

My son got acne on his chest and back much worse than on his face, and this is the only product that we found that he will use. It actually reduces redness and irritation on contact, but he has to wait to put on clothes after it's applied. A small price to pay for a product that works well.

I've always struggled with acne on my face, and it's been far worse as an aduld, but at age 39 I had a terrible breakout on my back that I could not get under control - even with perscription creams and pills. I tried this in desperation and it WORKS!!! I wish I would have done this sooner b/c now I'm left with a back full of pitty scars, but the acne is gone. I still use it every day to keep it from coming back. I just started using it on my face - just spray some on to a cotton ball and rub on. I don't know why I didn't try that sooner, too!

This product is fabulous! I bought it based off of another reviewer's comment. I'm also in Iraq and this dusty hot environment caused severe back acne where my sports bra covers. Within a couple days of using this product, my back began to clear up. I use it after I shower and before I go to bed. In the past 5 months that I've used this, I think I've had 3 single breakouts. And each of those went away in 2 days after I used the spray directly on it. The only negative was that it didn't work on my neck (under chin). But I believe this is because my neck is exposed to the elements and is constantly sweaty and dirty. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone who has bacterial cysts and severe body acne. If you think the price is high, it is well worth the cost.

I was VERY skeptical about this at first. I have had acne on my chest, upper arms and back since high school, and I haven't gotten to wear a tank top for the past summers, and the one time I had to wear a backless dress for a wedding, I had to have my mom put makeup on my back!!
