I have tried this product and the higher strength version; I have NOT yet noticed visible results. I have used the three steps as directed, acne doesn't go away. I don't know if it is just me, or if the acne is actually lasting longer. The maximum strength cleanser is better, it has the little scrubbing beads mixed in and doesn't smell like peroxide. This might be redundant, but when I purchased the original strength set, it came with an extra product for spot treatment. When I removed it from the package, I found that the end of the bottle had opened, drying out the lotion in to a hard clump. Once again, I have wasted my money on a product that doesn't work for my skin. Congratulations to those who did get positive results with this product. Wish me luck with my quest to find a product that works for me!

I bought this for my 14 year old son, and we love the results! He was constantly breaking out before, but now his skin looks perfect! It only took 2 or 3 days to really see a difference. THIS REALLY WORKS! Parents - you have to make sure they use it daily. If my son forgets to use it for just a day or 2, he starts to break out again.

This product is amazing. I've gone to a dermatologist for years, and nothing they have given me has ever worked. I used Proactiv for a year, and my face still continued to produce blemishes daily. Last December, my mother bought me the Acne Free Kit for Christmas. I wasn't going to use it. Well, I gave it a chance. Was I suprised about the results, or what?!? My skin had completely cleared within 2 weeks. This product is awesome. The only complaint is that it can leave your skin a little dry. But hey -if it will clear my acne up...I'll take dry skin. I recommend this product to everyone I know. Try it, I promise you won't be disappointed.

This stuff is AMAZING. I saw improvement within the first use. It is day four, and my skin CLEAR. AND the red spots are COMPLETELY GONE. From red, puss-filled white heads, to completly clear skin in four days, that is my result. THE CHEMICALS ALSO DYED MY TOWEL ORANGE (BE CAREFUL), SO USE AN OLD TOWEL.

Clearly (no pun intended!), this product, like most medications, will work for some and not for others. I feel however that it's certainly worth a try. I have tried various OTC products over the years to combat my adult acne, and nothing has worked. I had been considering ProActiv, but was hesitant, due to the cost. I purchased Acne Free for my son and myself. After a couple weeks of usage I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the results. Usually, during this phase of my "cycle, my face is hideous. But instead, now it looks far better than it ever does during the "better" half of my cycle. I won't say it's flawless by any means, but nearly pimple-free and no more bright red irritation. Oh, and my skin in general feels soft and smooth. Give it a try.

My skin has been long suffered from acne. Over the years, I have tried numerous treatments, but this one, to my great surprise and thrill, has dramatically stopped my acne problem. This product has made me acne-free and has given me clear skin! The important thing is that it doesn't work for everyone...I'm guessing people with sensitive skin can't handle the benzoyl peroxide...I think this product is best for people with combination skin. I just use this product once a day during the night and it has been super effective so far...make sure you start off slow...start with very little on your skin then increase the amount of the cleanser after a week or so or until you get used to it. People should definitely check this product out!!! I give it five stars!!!

My son has tried virtually every acne product out there that is non-prescription. He has also been treated by a dermatologist and was prescibed all of the routine topical drugs. With all of the attempts at clearing his skin, spending probably upwards toward a thousand dollars in prescriptions, OTC medicines, etc, his face would still have major acne breakouts. All I can say is that this product is miraculous! He has been using it for about a month now, and we are amazed. His skin looks like it did before puberty. He is so happy with the improvement. As a matter of fact, we just canceled his most recent dermatologist appointment! Yeah! Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me to help him!
