This product really doesn't do much; I prefer proactiv to this--I just tried it to save some money. The cleanser is odd, it feels like there is exfoliating beads in it, but they are far too small to make an impact. The toner is alright, but the repairing lotion is just awful! You have to put it on with a cotton ball, so half of it gets absorbed into the cotton. If you don't put it on with the cotton ball, it feels like you are slathering gritty cleanser on your skin, and it makes you face feel tight. It cleared up a few of the pimples I had, but it hasn't prevented me from continuing to break out the way Proactiv did. This product seems to work differently for everyone, so it may be worth a try for someone else.

This product IS SO MUCH better than ProActiv, trust me! I have had acne since the beginning of middle school. Later, my friend suggested this and I tired it. Results appear the very first day! Within three days your skin begins to clear up. After you start to use it regularly, the system slows down a bit. Taking maybe a 5-7 days to clear up. But it STILL works.

A great product! Cleared my skin very noticeably in one week. I noticed in some reviews that people with sensitive skin said it caused redness or rash. If you have sensitive skin, you need to start out using the product only once EVERY OTHER DAY for a few days, then once a day, then work yourself up to twice a day to allow your skin to build up a tolerance. I did, and didn't have a problem at all, even though I have VERY sensitive skin.

AcneFree is a great product. I've tried many different produces to try and help clear my skin, nothing ever works. I figured I'd try AcneFree. It's been one week and my face is clear. I was so surprised! I even recommended it to my teenage sister-in-law. Thanks! I no longer have to cover my forehead with my hair any more, cause it's now AcneFree.

I love this product. In one week I saw a big difference with all my whitehead and blackheads slowly going away. In one month after using this product, my face is completely clear. I have noticed that people who have used this product and it has worked for them have used moisturizer after the repairing lotion. And the people who haven't have broken out worse. This is why I always use moisturizer after using the system. if you don't use moisturizer, than I suggest using the product only once in the night, or else you skin will dry out and the acne may become worse because you will be forcing you skin to cause more and more oil. My mom tells me I have great skin now, and sister too!!!

This is the best acne-clearing system. I've always had pretty good skin until I turned 24. My skin became more sensitive and acne-prone. 7years ago, I started using ProActiv, and loved it, However, it had its shortcomings as well: You had to sign up for a membership, and they would ship you the products every 2 months, that was the only way to purchase ProActiv. Fast-forward to the year 2004, I ran out of ProActiv, and my next shipment wasn't arriving anytime soon. Out of desperation, I bought AcneFree (I think it was renamed, before it was called ProAcne), guess what? I loved it even more than my HG ProActiv. I think it's a bit more active, and stronger than ProActiv, yet not enough to irritate my sensitive skin (as long as I use a moisturizer afterwards, I can use it twice a day with no side effects). Plus, it's cost-effective. The best investment so far; worth a try.

I'm a teenager, and I had nasty pimples all over my forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. I have tried everything (Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, Clearasil) but nothing worked. When I tried this product, I noticed a difference right the next day. After about 2 weeks of using, all of my pimples went away, and I have nothing to worry about anymore. I use it only at night, before going to bed, because my skin is very dry and sensitive. In the morning, I simply wash my face with Dove Soap and use a Dove Day Cream. I would recommend this product to anyone, as long as you use it right. I love it, and I won't stop using it. Thank you, University Medical!!!

OMG!! I am a 19-year-old mother to a one-year-old son, and I got this for my husband to use. Since we moved into our new house, his acne has worsened because I haven't been washing our sheets consistently...bad wife! Anyway, he never used it, but I did. After the very first time I used it, I looked in the mirror and noticed all of the oil in the pores on my nose had surfaced. AMAZING! Every time I use any other cleanser, I have never noticed that at all. But, every time I use AcneFree, the oils rise to the surface! So, this is obviously some very powerful stuff. I don't like to use harsh cleansers (and honestly, if this stuff bleaches clothing...must be harsh), but when you've got acne, you will try anything. I am going out in just a few minutes to pick up the regular sized kit. I did notice some dry patches around my mouth and nose after using this for a couple days, but I just used a facial scrub puff and it was gone afterwards. I love this stuff and will continue to use it!

Is there a 0 star available? This product line is awful. It really irritates sensitive skin. It's just as abrasive as ProActiv but does nothing for pimples. Waste of money, would never buy again.
