I am 44 years old and this has done wonders for my skin. I only wish that the 3rd bottle came in a larger size, and it came with an oil free sunscreen. It would be perfect then. Try it - it works!

First off, I would like to say that this thing works! My face is oily and I haven't found anything to keep me from breaking out (I tried Clearasil, Clinique, and Origins) none of these products help. I was kind of skeptical of this product (I found it in Wal-Mart). Then I said; what do I have to lose? I have spent more on others. I'm very glad that bought it. It stopped my acne problem! Now I have more confidence! Please give it a try- what do you have to lose?

I never really had bad acne, but for the past 4 months I've broken out bad. I used Acnefree because I couldn't afford ProActiv, and this product seemed like a good alternative. Boy was I wrong. I broke out even worse than before. I stopped using 3 weeks after I first used it. The acne I got was horrible. I didn't pop it or anything, and it left huge scars. I am currently using Klear Action. It's much better than Acne Free but it's not great.

If I could rate this no stars, I would. My husband has used ProActiv with great results, but unfortunately ran out. We are going on a cruise next week and decided he would try this since it was convenient. BIG mistake!!! After one and a half days of using this product, we ended up in the emergency room with the worst case of a skin irritation I've ever seen. (actually was given steroids to try to clear up). It seems to have worked for some, but I would never recommend this product to anyone!

This product was definitely not for me, and I just threw it away. I'm 26 and just started having mild to moderate breakouts. I'm getting married soon and wanted to do something about my acne before it got worse, so I thought I'd give this stuff a shot. Never again! I used it for a few weeks, and all I got was bright red, puffy, super dry skin, and I still had acne! It was a total waste of money. I use Biore now, and that works a lot better. But this is just my opinion of the stuff, it obviously works for a lot of other people based on the good reviews.

I was disappointed that this product was not for me. I read all of the reviews and gave it a shot. I'm 29 and have struggled with mild acne for many years. I have combination to oily skin and get frequent breakouts around my chin. I used it for 2 days, and my skin became irritated, red and puffy and I even developed a headache from it. Unfortunately I'm allergic to the active ingredient BP. I had a similar reaction to a product with this in it before, but thought I had simply overused it. If you have sensitive skin, or a known poor reaction to BP, then stay away from it. Otherwise, I'd give it a shot because so many people have had success from it. Meanwhile I'll keep searching for my perfect product. =(

I'm 46 and have been fighting adult acne for the last 4 years or so. Two months ago, out of sheer desperation/frustration, I tried Acne Free and, to my absolute delight, found a product that was the perfect solution to whatever was going on with my skin...THANKS is completely inadequate to express my level of satisfaction!

This product is not for everyone. I was excited about trying this product, despite the mixed reviews. I decided to put my Neutrogena to the side (which I loved) and give this a try to clear up my acne blemishes. I started using this product on a Friday night and I was hoping that I would begin to see results. I was wrong. Instead of clearing up my skin, I broke out with three new, huge pimples on my face. I had to go back to my Neutrogena to clear it up. I figured out that the repairing lotion had too much BP in and it dried and irritated my skin. Right after using it, my skin felt tight and dry. The toner was great and the cleanser is average. Now I don't use the repairing lotion at all. To get rid of the toner and cleanser, I use it occasionally. If this product works for you great, but I know I will not be purchasing this again. I'll stick to Neutrogena.

I had struggled with acne for years when I finally decided to give this product a try. I saw it at Wal-Mart and decided I had nothing to lose. The chance I took was well worth it! This product works! It took about three months for my skin to completely clear, but I noticed a change for the better within a week of using the product. Friends who hadn't seen me for a while noticed a difference immediately, and asked me what I used to clear my skin. Several of them purchased kits and had the same success I did. I recommended it to my sister who has suffered with severe acne for the past 10 years. She had tried everything... even Accutane, and nothing worked. This product even worked for her! She said it took about three months for her skin to completely clear, and she is thrilled that she can go out without having to put make-up on. I highly recommend this product. I now have beautiful skin!

I read a lot about this product before I bought it and it seemed like a great product that would really work, and the price compared to ProActiv was great. I bought it at a local Wal-Mart and started using it. The wash and toner left my face feeling clean, but kind of tight. When I used the lotion, it felt gritty and rough and left my skin feeling sticky. I used this system for about a month and didn't notice any improvements except for a small shrinkage in blackheads on my nose. I would not recommend this product. There are a lot more products out there that are cheaper and way more effective. Also, having to do the 3 steps is very time consuming.
