One morning I looked in the mirror and I want to cry. I was having this horrible breakout. My acne can be described as mild so though it might sound dramatic, four dime size pimples may not seem like much but it was a lot to me. That evening my mother bought me this product from Target. I was going to mail off for Proactiv, but decided to give this a try. Two weeks later, and my skin is the clearest it has been in 6 years. I would recommend this to anyone. My skin is sensitive so it is a little strong, but the results are great. Diluting the toner with a little water and adding a moisturizer to the repair cream makes this product worth the price!

This product claims for you to see results in as little as 3 days. Well I have been using it for exactly three days, and I definitely have seen improvements. I bought this because I have been eyeing Proactiv in the infomercials for some time, but I have little interest in fighting a losing battle of a "money back guarantee" for a fairly expensive product. I have moderate acne and have had a problem since my early teens. For the first time in my mid-twenties, I actually am seeing my skin clear up. It's not 100% clear, but this product is FAR more promising than anything I have tried and believe me I have tried a great many products, even numerous dermatologists. Even if my skin doesn't ever reach 100%- this product has done more in three days than anything I have ever found. My only complaint is that the facial cleanser doesn't do very well in removing mascara, but the toner and lotion are great and leave your skin well moisturized and soft.

Even though I like Proactiv's cleanser better, the price and results make this a good Proactiv alternative. I would buy this product again.

I did not like this product. The benzoyl peroxide made my skin dry and break out more. Tthe benzoyl peroxide is just too rough on my skin and because of it caused my skin to look and feel worse. Neutrogena products are way better.

I've been using this for over a year now, and it's the most wonderful product...at least for me. It completely cleared up my skin and no one will ever guess that I had a break out issues. I can even use my "fun" skincare with this product, and it still works. Just put the repair lotion under any regular lotion that you love, and it should still work. I don't know how, but it actually cleared up my skin better than ProActiv did. Price doesn't mean anything after all.

This product is great. I purchased it at Wal-Mart to try, and have had excellent results. My complexion is now nearly entirely clear with the exception of one small blemish, which now is going away where before it was much worse. I cannot remember a time when my face has been clear for more than a day or two, and this product is changing that. I have used combinations of various products and none have had the consistent success of this product. My only complaint is that the proportion of Repair Lotion and Skin Balancing formula to the Cleansing lotion is somewhat unbalanced, and I have ended up with a third more of the Cleansing lotion leftover. Overall my experience has been a good one, and I intend to continue using this product.

Great alternative to Proactiv. This product cleared up my skin in a week, and I have moderate to bad acne. I have been a Proactiv user for quite some time, but it was getting too expensive. I thought I'd try this to save some money, and it works great. The only things that really seem different from Proactiv are that the cleanser doesn't feel as grainy, and the repairing lotion doesn't leave my face as soft, but for half the price, who cares?

I am 44, and have had mild breakouts all my life. I too have tried everything. This product has cleared up my skin and has even made it smoother. My 18 and 20-year-old sons use it as well. For the price, it is worth a try if nothing else has worked for you.

This is the best skincare product I have ever used. From over-the-counter face washes to Accutane, I have tried just about everything to clear my skin. After several months with Proactiv, which varied for me from being very effective to not very effective, I gave Acnefree a shot, as a cheaper version of Proactiv (about 1/2 as much). I have had the most consistently clear skin of my life. I have suffered from acne for approximately 10 years, and I finally have something that really works for my skin and at a VERY affordable price; it is worth every penny! I recommend it to everyone with acne. And as a side note, I have not experienced the bleaching of my towels, the way I did with Proactiv when I would wash my face.
