They make me feel more awake!

This is a great product. My fiance swears by these things and always has me take one whenever I see him, so my use is inconsistent. However, I find that when I do take them, I feel more awake all day. This is awesome for me since I am sensitive to caffine and absolutely cannot drink coffee. So these vitamins are my cup of coffee. Like others said, do not take them too late in the afternoon or else you will have trouble sleeping at night. Pop them in the morning so you can feel great all day! The pills are pretty big, although I don't have too much trouble with them even though I have always hated swallowing pills. And yes, they do turn your pee BRIGHT yellow, so don't freak out the first time you see it. I just assume its all the concentrated goodness that causes that : )

the tablets are quite large so i first broke them and took them a 1\2 at a time but they're actually much easier to swallow if you take them whole because of the shape. it's hard to find a good vitamin for vegetarians and equally hard to find one that doesn't cause stomach upset, but this one is a well rounded multivite that doesn't give me a stomach ache.

I'm Active Duty in the military and a single mom to three kids. Before taking this supplement, I was extremely run-down. Now, I have SO much more energy since the start of taking these vitamins! I mostly just take them during the week while my schedule is hectic and I get through the entire day (@17hrs nonstop) with no problem. Just make sure not to take them too late in the evening because it may keep you awake!

I've been taking these vitamins for almost a month and I feel the best I've felt in my entire life! I have always felt tired and run down no matter what I've done to overcome it. I could fall asleep anywhere, it was terrible. Since I became the mother of twins 8 months ago, my fatigue seems about 100x worse... Since I've started these vitamins I literally feel 'ALIVE'!! Even when I've only gotten about 3 hours sleep for a week straight, I take the 3 pills and I'm good-to-go ALL DAY LONG! Just make sure you take these in the morning and not late in the afternoon, because they will keep you up!!

Not for people who have difficulty swallowing pills. I usually have absolutely no problem swallowing pills, but half the times I take these I nearly choke on them. Sometimes they even get "stuck" and it takes a LOT of water to flush them down. Also, I take one pill 3 times a day (instead of the suggest 3 pills once a day); I decided to do that in order to have the best absorption, but now I can't imagine trying to take all three in one dose! I just thought it fair to warn you. The vitamins themselves are MARVELOUS, though! I'm a lazy vegetarian who doesn't want to have to constantly monitor all aspects of her nutrition, so I opted for the best vitamins I could find, and these are DEFINITELY them! I've already started feeling much better and have gotten sick less often. An odd side-effect: They turn your pee BRIGHT yellow! No kidding. I figure it's either "a good sign" or a result of all the green dye they put in it.

I love these vitamins! They have all kinds of fruits and vegetables in them. I noticed when I ran out of them for approximately 5 days that I felt more irritable. There is apparently something that my body is depleted of that these vitamins have in them. I do have to take extra magnesium and calcium to get to 100%, but it's worth it. It does give me extra energy, and it also seems to keep me regular.
