this stuff works great .i tried others, mg are half as much.you take this twice a day ,others are three times a day & they wear off in about six hours or less.this stuff lasts twelve hours!!! i take it in the morning & before bed & wake up feeling mellow.i had a ugly feeling in me i just couldn't shake ,these pills change my life.you feel results first time you take them.they aren't a depressant, they just make you good !!!

This herb was recommended to me to take the edge off of my PMS symptoms and reduce stress, tension, etc. I started taking it a few months ago and I can honestly say that it has an EFFECTIVE result and I don't have any side effects. It is harmless to take, and like me, if you just need a little help being less moody, I would suggest this. I highly recommend this herb. It has made a huge difference, ALONG with perhaps some therapy, yoga, or even just working on your way of thinking. The herb alone isn't going to work miracles!

I have read that some St. John's Wort is weak or ineffective. This brand & type is the second I tried and I can attest that they are effective. I have taken other Wort that has not been effective and I can tell a difference for sure.

I tried this because I have suffered from depression forever. I have tried all the medications and hated them all, so I just lived with the depression. I had heard that St. John's Wort could help and I thought I would try it. Well let me tell you, I believe it has helped. One big difference is I now have the energy to exercise (which was a big deal). I now do 30 minutes on the treadmill and am very happy about this. Normally I felt so tired that the treadmill was a clothes hanger. I have had no side effects so I am going to continue taking it, but am switching to a brand that you only have to take once a day.
