I took this supplement for 2 years and was very happy with it. I had more energy than with a basic multivitamin & mineral. The only drawback was the large size tablet and having to take 3 of them. I am trying out another brand at the moment, but will go back to Alive if I don't get the same benefits.

I'd been taking these myself a while and loved them, then my 17 yr old daughter started complaining of weakness & dizzy spells. So I started giving them to her and BOOM her problems went away within 2 days..Don't look to big Pharma - give your body nutrition from actual foods - ALIVE does it - Gives your body what it Needs! *ps* YES the pills are kinda big but not hard to swallow.. I don't like swallowing pills and I manage just fine..

My doctor recommended these to me and at first I was pretty skeptical. You are supposed to take three a day and they're a little more expensive than some of the more popular multivitamins out there. That being said, these are fantastic. When I don't take them, I notice a difference in my skin and hair, as well as my energy level. More and more research is proving that synthetic vitamins aren't all that effective and food-based nutrients is the way to go. I'm not sure where they're at on that research, but I can tell you that these make me feel great!

Considering all the other shelf brands out there, this vitamin really packs a punch! It contains a wonderful blend of vitamins, minerals, fruits, veggies, mushrooms, digestive enzymes...its is just really fantastic. The pillls have pleasant smell, I have no problems digesting them, and I really feel a boost of natural energy after I take them. A really great value!

When I forget to take these, I can feel the difference in my energy level and it even shows on my skin! Although I try to eat healthy, I don't always get in the necessary vegetables and fruits and these vitamins help make up the difference. These are larger vitamins, so if you have a hard time swallowing bigger pills, don't buy these. I take 2 at a time, along with 2 other vitamins, 4 in total without any problems.

I changed my daily multivitamins to ALIVE from Women's 1-a-day because I get nauseous from 1-a-day. ALIVE does the job well. I'm energized all day and no more nausea.

Even though this tablet is to be taken three times a day, making it a bit more inconvenient than others, I have committed to following the suggested dosage. I've had them for about a week or so, and I must say they appear to be "working" quite well!!! if you know what I mean! I don't know if it's just the imagination or what, but I do feel like I'm doing a really good thing for myself taking the concentrated fruits, vegetables, etc. in the vitamin. For the longest time I had been taking another popular women's vitamin but wanted to go for a change. At 180 tablets per bottle, this bottle should last two months, making it a good value. I'm sold on it.

My health care provider recommended that I switch to a vitamin made from whole food -- cheap brands are mostly manufactured ingredients and they do you almost as much good as not taking any multivitamin at all. The problem was that the cost of most of them is 5X the price I was paying! I tried several brands until I tried Nature's Way Alive! multivitamins. I could tell a difference right away -- I have more energy and feel better. Not only so they work better than all the other premium whole food vitamins I tried, their price is much more reasonable. If you think about it, about $1 a day is not a high price to do some good for your body. I highly recommend these vitamins.
