I've tried a few over the counter on the spot acne treatments including Neutrogena, acne free, and Avon. In my opinion Clearasil is the best one! It rids my pimples and red bumps over night. If you use it right, it isn't over drying and works perfectly. I cleanse my skin first, apply moisturizer, and then dab this stuff on where I need it. This is what Ill be buying again once I run out!

This is the best over-the-counter acne medication I have ever tried. Not only does it get rid pimples, but it makes my skin feel really smooth, and my complexion is more even than it has been since I was on Accutane! I highly recommend this product. I usually apply it every other night, because after using it every night my skin gets a little too dry (which I did not even think was possible!) I LOVE this stuff!!!

After trying so much stuff, expensive creams, natural remedies, I decided to try this product out and it really works!! It took like about 2-3 weeks but it was worth it. I have very oily skin and used to breakout a lot, but this cream together with the Clearasil ultra scrub really improved my oily skin. Just remember to wear sunblock when using the cream because it makes your skin very sensitive to the sun.

This stuff works! The only drawback is that it can be drying and it makes you sensitive to the sun. However, if you use it sparingly and use a good sunscreen you will definitely see improvements in your skin. It is a strong product but acne deserves it!

This stuff is great. I use it as a spot treatment in conjunction with a salicylic acid based cleanser and moisturizer. Those claiming it dries out their face are most likely applying too much. Too much product does NOT mean better results. I still have my tube from 3 months ago. Just a dab on the zit will speed healing, reduce swelling, pain, redness, and make the skin smoother. Glycolic acid with benzoyl peroxide. What an ingenius idea! Highly recommended.

I have used this for a long time, and it seems to help keep scarring down to a minium and make my skin look smoother. It is somewhat helpful for my cystic acne. I will definitely keep using it.

What I found really funny about the product is that it cures severe acne, but doesn't cure normal acne. If your skin isn't too oily, don't use it, it'll burn your skin and your skin will start flaking off. It is okay if you are trying to spot-treat a pimple, but in the long run, if you need a solution that'll prevent pimples, this is not the one.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this acne treatment. I've recommended this to my family and friends, and all of them have seen a difference after using the product! I have tried other acne treatments, but this is the only one that really gets rid of my smaller pimples between 1-3 days and larger ones between 3-5 days. It works great to tackle the annoying redness of pimples as well! Luckily, I haven't experienced much skin dryness.

This product works great. You can use it as a spot treatment when you get blemishes, and they're gone within 3-5 days, or you can use it every day after you wash your face. Spread it all over your face and it will prevent future breakouts. It really works for me because I've noticed as soon as I stop using it, I break out. I've seen people are having problems with drying, but I never do. But I'm sure it isn't difficult to use a moisturizer as well...I've also found that if you use it after you wash your face, and before you apply any makeup, it makes your skin appear more smooth and overall more beautiful. I think the tinted one always worked better at removing blemishes I already had, but you can't use that as a spot treatment or you'll have uneven colored skin. However, I don't like to look tan, so I changed to this one. It may not work as well, but it still does.

Even though it can really dry out your skin, if you only use a tiny bit right on top of the pimple, it clears it up in about 3-5 days. If you are careful and use a moisturizer, it dosen't dry too much. Overall, I think is it a good spot treatment, but not a whole face prevention for acne.
