I haven't found any downside to this product, and I definitely notice the times I have run out and not taken it for a few days - my energy level decreases. I have fibromyalgia, and it is the one thing besides high quality B vitamin that helps'

I've been using it for several months. It has helped my fatigue from lupus and improved my endurance. I can definitely tell if I miss it. Frequently I need only the morning dose. I have no feeling of being "jetted up" or anxious and it doesn't increase my heart rate.

I heard about Rhodiola Rosea from a friend and did a lot of research on it before ordering. After taking it for a couple of days My mood had improved tremendously, my ADD (that I've struggled with all my life) is not nearly as bad, and my energy level has shot through the roof! I used to sit at work and randomly surf, but now I'll sit and read Wikipedia or learn a new language with Rosetta Stone in my extra downtime. I would recommend this to anyone.
