I LOVE these. I have chronic migraines and have been using these for several years, but they're saving my life these days. I'm nursing so can't treat my migraines with medication. These are the only relief I get. I only use them at night, but I wonder if my eighth grade students would laugh if I used them sometimes at school. Ha! Especially since I accidentally ordered the really cute Disney ones last time. Seven boxes of Goofy, Mickey and Donald on my forehead...rock on! I plan to use them on my son when/if needed as he grows up. So far he's never really had a fever worth worrying about.

These are great for my child. First test to make sure your child isnt allergic to the adhesive for it to stay on. My son usually is and latex. but fine with these. At night time while he laying down I put on him through the night. I make sure I go in there during night take it away. He is 5. Kids shouldnt be experimenting with it or anything so careful about that get it off them befofre they awake and by then its lost effectiveness anyway. It helps if his head hurts and fever to keep it down during part of the night. I make sure to have a supply at hand all the time. HINT: if your child wants it colder and I use the adult ones for my migraines put the package/box into the refrigerator. I keep my own in there and take when needed really helps when head it killing me.

This product works instantly, travels well, and is great to have on hand. Unlimited uses and less mess than ice packs, reusable ice packs, etc. This product goes aboard airplanes so it is great for reducing fever, or use when joints swell, hot flashes occur, or with other sports injuries.

This product has been a real blessing for my daughter. She suffers from frequent sinus headaches that are very painful. These pads immediately give her relief. The cool jell draws the heat from her head and allows her to rest. When she wakes up the headaches is either much better or gone. The gel is dried up so she says it is bar-b-qued ;-) I have tried many products and this is the first one that is designed for children and works better than I could have imagined !

I usually use ice for my Migraines and other headaches. When I'm in the car or away from my house, ice isn't functional. The BeKool gel sheets are wonderful to have on hand because they have a nice cooling effect. It is not as good as ice, but it is a saving grace to have it when I'm in pain on-the-go. The kid size is perfect size for my head. I wished the cooling effect lasted longer than it does. It typically lasts 3-4 hrs for me. But, overall, I am extremely happy with this product. I will continue to keep my house and car stocked with it.

I hand these out to all of the neighborhood mothers in my parenting group. I am amazed at how great they work on my own children. I try to keep two boxes on hand for late night fevers in my own home but I usually end up giving out one box and recommending those mommas come to this site to get their own. They work on all ages from my 20 month old to my 7 year old and I hope they are never discontinued!!

These things are great. My wife (25) uses them for her migraines. They are a blessing. They last for about 4-6 hours and really help her get some sleep when the migraines hit at night, or help her recover if they hit during the day. I'm sure they'd help for kids with fevers as well, but for migraines, they are tops!
