My nasal passages used to be so dry when I woke up in the morning after using my CPAP machine all night and my allergist suggested Ayr Saline Nasal Gel. It did not drip out of my nose or down my throat. The first night I used it, I noticed such a difference. My nasal passages were moist and felt so much better in the morning. I can't find it locally so I order 3 or 4 at a time. It's a great product!

It helps reduce frequency of nose bleeds due to dryness. It's only drawback is that there is only a small amount in the package and no way to get a larger size. I use it daily, or occasionally, several times a day. In colder weather, when heating dries out the air in my home I often get nose bleeds. This stuff helps reduce frequency and is easier to apply and goes deeper into the nostrils than the tube form of the gel.

I live in a dry western climate. My nasal passages and sinuses become very dry. As a result, they become so raw that they hurt and stop up from bleeding. The Ayr's Nasal Gel, No-Drip Spray soothes, rehydrates, and opens the passages. If used regularly, it prevents this condition. Ayr's Nasal Gel, No-Drip Spray is better than the saline mists and sprays because it coats the passages more effectively. It was also Dr. recommended to my brother-in-law for the same condition.

Finally, an end to my son's nose bleeds. This is the secret weapon to combat regular nose bleeding. It seems a bit pricey but if you factor in your time spent and the lot of chemicals required for removing blood from items... you'll see how cheap this product really is in the long term. My only fear is that one day they will stop producing it.

My toddler son had horrible nosebleeds for about a year. A doctor friend recommended Ayr saline gel 3 times a day to keep the nasal passages moist and prevent nosebleeds. We have used it for a year, and he has only had two very minor nosebleeds since.
