These are the best rollers! The only problem is that in order to get the ends of your hair wrapped around the roller you need the combs. They only provide 3 and they do not sell them separately.

I have STICK STRAIGHT, baby fine, very curl resistant hair. I usually have to use a TON of product just to keep a curl in my hair for longer than 10 minutes. My sister and I had one of these back when they first came out it worked BEAUTIFULLY! Don't know whatever happened to it But I was talking with my good friend and stylist about the curlers while I was in to see her. I ended up buying another set and they still work amazingly! I haven't ever seen my hair so curly and bouncy in my life! It's fantastic, and very easy to use. Replacement rollers seem a bit spendy, but it's worth it if it works so well!

These WORK! I have used this for years, and it continues to give me luxurious loose curls that hold all day long. The only thing with this product is that you have to be patient and let the curlers dry before you take them out. These will not be as fast as your hot curlers, but the results are amazing, and totally worth it. I used to put them in my hair and then drive to work 45 minutes. I'd take them out as soon as I got there and just run my hands through my hair - I didn't even need a mirror. My long hair looked fabulous every day, curls were silky, no frizz at all. Worth the money, worth the time!

My hair is stick straight and fine. I use these everyday and the curl lasts all day. I've used these for approximately 20 years. I prefer the old style pink curlers. The newer red curlers seem much thicker, and seem to fall apart. I still have some of the old pink ones that I continue to use. Wish they still made them. I hate to re-order the curlers that are currently being sold because I know they won't last.

I have alot of hair which is very thick and during the 17 yrs of me using my Caruso hair curler systems has been at different lengths. It has worked great for me. Because of my hair being real thick and heavy after I put the curlers in my hair I use my hair dryer and blow the hot air through the opening in the curlers to speed up the drying of the moister of the steam (this takes me a total of about 2 minutes)so my hair is completely dry and has beautiful curles that will last for a few days.

Very dissapointed with the product. I have soft fine hair that has tendency to curl on its own especially in humid weather. I was hoping for lasting shiny frizz free curls or waves from this product. After I took the rollers out, my hair lost its shape after 2 hours and looked lifeless. The plastic clip left a line on my hair right by the root area. My hair is very easy to stly usualy. I also put a long lasting styler on my hair before setting it. I get fantastic results with traditional soft foam rollers, the ones that you can sleep with at night. I just put two and in the morning i get wavy hair with body and curl that last for days. It's hard fot me to believe it works on other people, but from reviews I see it does. For me, waste of money. The same with Vidal Sasoon. Tried them too.

I've used these steam hair setters for years, and with my fine, wavy hair, they give me soft curls which last all day if I stay out of the humidity. I love this product. HOWEVER, my very old rollers have fallen apart...sponge has disintegrated over time. I have purchased new rollers, but the sponge is thicker, and therefore add to the drying time. I prefer the old-style rollers that came with the "salted" models, but still continue to use my steamer daily.

I have been using the Caruso steam roller system for over 10 years, and absolutely love it. I have tried regular hot rollers of different types, and none work as effectively and as quickly in curling my fine, but abundant hair. It is fast, easy and provides lasting curl and body without damaging my hair. Great product!

My daughter has enough hair for three people. We have never been able to get a single curl in her hair, much less have it stay. With this hairsetter, she not only got a head full of soft beautiful curls, but they were still there this morning when she woke up! Excellent product!

The Caruso is by far the BEST, fastest, and surest way to get long-lasting styles while keeping your hair in top condition. I've used one since the 80's (same machine and rollers) and it has never let me down. The trick is to be sure that your hair is bone dry. Wash it at night, let it air dry overnite, roll it up in the morning, and leave them in for roughly the time it takes to put your makeup on. Then take them down, give your hair about the time it takes you to get dressed to let the residual dampness dry. Style and go. It also travels like a champ. Don't plan on being able to wash, dry, and use the Caruso in one sitting-it just won't work. If you work with it, it will serve you well.
