I have sensitive skin (easily irritated by some skin products and/or allergens, which may turn into redness and/or breakouts) so I am very careful about reading labels and trying new things. I tried this products after checking out the ingredients...and I have not switched to anything else ever since. I like the way it cleanses my face and removes any traces of makeup...without making me breakout or get irritated/red, my skin feels refreshed and glowee...give this a try - I tried so many products and this one is a keeper...everyone's skin is different and reacts differently, but it works well for me.

I have read that some complain it stings their eyes. Any facial cleanser with granuals will do that. If you want a cleanser to specifically remove eye make-up, don't get this, there are many out there that are made gentle enough for that purpose. I find if I use them for my entire face they do not work as well as this cleanser. It removes everything and yet my skin does not feel stripped, raw, or tight. I am so happy I found this cleanser.

I have not used this on a regular basis but love the smell, its gentle and will start to use this everyday. Great Product!!

I wanted a natural cleanser that I could use dailiy and this is great, especiallly in the summer when the pores are working overtime in the heat! It smells refreshing and cleans well without overdrying my sensitive combo skin. The only "bad" thing is that if I use a whole pumpful, I end up as a foam face - a little goes a long way!! btw - in the winter I love the coconut cleanser!

I really like this cleanser, it works and leaves skin very smooth. It has a great scent. I did find that if you get it near your eyes it does sting more than any other facial cleanser that I have ever used. And I've used a ton! I decided to use it as a body wash instead as it does lather really well and I love the scent but it was too drying for my semi-dry skin. I would recomend this to a friend with normal to oily skin but not for dry skin.

Great as other reviews have pointed out. However, some of the negative reviews are down right silly. The product is essentially a soap--so...DON'T put it in your eyes. What do you expect? Anyway, it's not like I go around putting regular LOTIONS in my eye in the first place. Simply close your eyes, wash your face with a significant amount of water, and you should be OKAY. Also, as far as dry skin is concerned, yes, you will probably want an adequate moisturizer lotion for post use--just...don't put it in your EYES!

Burns the eyes really badly no matter how closed your eyes are. I won't buy again.

I have normal skin and I live in a dry climate (Denver) and this face wash really dries out my skin. I feel like it strips my skin of all its natural oils and I can't put moisturizer on fast enough after I use it. I think it might work better in a 1) more humid climate or 2) with oilier skin. Smells great though.

I really like this cleanser. It works really well when used with the Hibiscus toner and the green tea & aloe moisturizer. The trio has become my new morning routine (been using the three for about a month). I've read other reviews where this product stings the eyes. I have to admit that is does, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. My solution to this problem is to put my eye contacts in before washing my face in the morning - I do not experience the stinging when I have my contacts in; however, I don't always wear contacts, so I put up with the stinging on those days. In all, I am keeping with this cleanser because it's the best I've found for my oily complexion!
