I've tried all EAS Lite Myoplex flavors and this one is by far the best. The peanut butter and caramel flavors are good too, the cinnamon with icing is sickeningly sweet. I also like these when I need an energy boost, or can't grab breakfast. The 'lite' sizes are a good size for this.

these are great!!! they are basically a tasty chocolate rice crispy treat that has 15gs of protein.. i lovem though and they make a great 2nd and 4th meal replacement out of the 5 or 6 we should be eating...
