I have always had long hair, but for the past three years I have kept my hair in a short bob due to me being in the military. I only have 2 choices of styles (besides braids, which I don't care too much for) thats a short cut/ bob, or a bun. Wearing your hair pulled in a bun does so much damage to ur edges for some reason. I decided to stop cutting my hair and let it grow back out, my hair has always been thick, but my hair doesnt grow as fast as it used to. This product works very well for hair growth, but you still should take good care of your hair and keep it moisturized! I read that taking "prescription" strength of biotin was good for the nails, skin and hair. I have definitely seen improvement in my skin and hair. My nails were in pretty bad shape - so it will take a bit longer.

If you really need your hair to grow this supplement is great. After being diagnosed with Alopecia Areata, my doctor suggested I take this supplement and hair has grown noticebly. However, the only thing I have to add is that hair has grown everywhere on my face, legs etc.

This formula is great for your hair, skin, and nails. I really notice the positive difference when I am taking it. It is worth the price.

I highly recommend this product along with GNC Women's Ultra Nourishair. I started using it about 2 months ago, and I definitely see the difference. My hair is growing and is thicker. I think is because of the biotin. If you want your hair to grow you have to use these two products, especially if you relaxed hair like I do.
