I eat alot of carbs which led to stomach 'issues'. I can now eat bagels and pasta etc. and it seems to have been aleviated somewhat. I could not find this item for awhile, not even the regular tabs. But I like the liqiud gels better as you can take them right before a meal as opposed to 30 minutes prior. I also find that this doean not aid in weight loss persay, however I do not gain any extra weight from carbs when I am using this regimen.

I'm limited to what I can eat and unfortunetly, most of what I am abel to eat are carbs. With "This" carb blocker, I have been able to eat what I can and still not gain. In fact, I actually lose weight on occasion. It is very easy to take, swallow and I have never had any problems with it at all. I have been taking this product off and on for a very long time. More on than off.

I take these before my brownbag lunch at work, and again before dinner. I have had quite a bit of fat loss although only a few pounds lost so far. My clothes are a size smaller and getting baggy! I work at a desk for 8 hrs a day and signs of aging are catching up with me.

I have been taking these for several weeks now, and I have seen a difference. As others have stated...will not necessarily be a "diet pill" that will cause weight loss, BUT it does support maintaining weight even when eating carbs. The concept makes sense -- the supplement states it blocks the enzyme(s) that allow your body to absorb carbohydrates. I have been exercising for a long time now, but often cheat at night/weekends. I am finding that this helps me to maintain my current weight. Have noted no side effects. I also think it is helping to curb my cravings for sweets. I plan to continue with these as long as they keep working.

carb blocker is a must.It works if you exercise & eat sensibly you can always take that extra slice of cake or indulge in your favorite carb.I am still maintaining my weight & actually have lost with the product.Wouldnt trade it for anything,.Try it!!!It does work just do what you areto do in helping to maintain.Take 2 before you want that carb and see & feel the results.

I bought it last December because of the Christmas food; I have insulin resistance syndrome so my doctor prescribed me with a medication (metformin) to help me lose weight and my insulin levels in my blood, but he put me on a high protein-low carb diet and exercise also. So I just bought the carb gel caps once and they gave me a good effect. I told my doctor and he said that it was ok if I take it once in a while just to block the carbs in some foods. They are really great!

I dont know, I didn't feel much of an effect on me after taking those capsules. But then again I was not working out while taking it. The green tea pills are very effective though.
