Pros: Tastes Fine

It's easy to use but there is no reliable way to tell if it is really working or not. My blood sugar still rises after eating carbs while taking this product so without some extensive testing I can't say if it has any effect. It does reduce my guilt in eating carbs however :) My guess is that it has some limited effect so I suppose it's better than nothing.

i'm not on a regimented diet or exercise plan at the moment, but i tried these out before a couple of carb-heavy meals and will testify to the fact that they kept the bloat at bay! i can usually tell exactly what i have put in my body the day after i eat it and i was pleasantly surprised that these took away some of that heavy feeling. so, whether you are on a low-carb program or not, i think these can be helpful little tools for anyone!

I take Liquid Gel Carb Blockers when I'm going to eat a high carb meal, as I want to refrain from spiking my blood sugar. Also, want to maintain my weight. I am not diabetic, but have slightly higher than normal readings. I went on a vacation, was unable to maintain a low carb diet, and used the Carb Blockers. I lost 10 lbs during those 2 weeks. I know it had to be the Carb Blockers, because I was eating pasta, pizza, potatoes...everything I don't normally eat.

I use this product with my low carb diet. I use it when I am going to have a meal that has more carbs than I am allowing on my diet. I try not to use it more than twice a week. It will help you lose weight if you reduce the amt. of carbs you are consuming and use it to keep you on that type of diet. I have lost 10lbs with the product after struggling a bit on my own.

I did not really notice any difference with these pills. I took two before carb-filled meals - just like it says to. I have the same weight gain the day after the carb-filled meal with or without these.
