After my second pregnancy, I developed very fine, slightly darker hair above my lip that drives me crazy! I've tried other creme hair removers (Sally Hansen, Nair, etc) and was dissatisfied with price, smell, quality or all of the above. Most of them left slight chemical burns regardless of the time I left the creme on my skin. When I received Hair Off, I was immediately struck by the smell, or lack of one. Compared to other brands, this one really doesn't have an odor. I read the directions fully prior to applying; it recommended warming area with a rag soaked in lukewarm water, which I did. I applied the product, left it on for 5 min and then removed with a rag. It removed all the hair! ALL of it! My upper lip is sooo smooth. I decides to wait 24 hrs to see if I would break out at all, which I usually do with other brands and I can say now, today, still have a smooth upper lip!! This is a great product and one I will continue to purchase!

My bathroom is a graveyard for facial hair removal products, but my upper lip is finally smooth! The instructions say it works in 4 minutes but I was quite skeptical after so many previous disappointments, so I left it on for 8 minutes. This was perfect for me and I did not experience any irritation. I also applied a thick layer of product as the instructions say. The smell is definitely much better than similar products, but can't say that it smells fruity as the packaging implies. But that is a minor complaint for a product that actually works and is reasonably priced.

I am relieved to find this product. Purchased it based on the reviews. It smells nice, the brush makes easy to apply and it removes easily. As I have aged my facial hair has become coarse and almost impossible to remove entirely and this product did, leaving my skin smooth. I had to play with the timing and 6 minutes works for me, but you can leave it on up to 10. A word of caution. These types of products can cause chemical burns and severe allergic reactions (voice of experience). Follow the directions and test on a very small area first. I will be ordering Hair Off on a regular basis.
