Have had sinus issues for almost 20 years, with occasional "bad" infections requiring antibiotics. A year and a half ago, an acute problem developed and surgery was being recommended. TWO CT scans over three months at same time CT scans being cancer-promoters were in the news! Second opinion doc. said surgery not indicated YET. Recommended daily use of nasal steriods and other prescription meds. Chronic nosebleeds ensued - not a desirable side effect! Took the "self-care" route up a notch on my own. Have always done saline/nasal washing ("irrigation" with Neti pots or similar devices. Added SinoFresh AND also Sinol and began to get better. MUCH better. All symptoms gradually disappeared. I do have to use these products regularly, and nasal washing, to manage symptoms, but they really, REALLY work - and no irritation and no nosebleeds. I LOVE this product as part of my daily regimen. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Worth every penny!!

Bought product several years ago at a local drug store and found it to be very effective in relieving my nasal symptoms. Upon purchasing and using the product recently I was disappointed that I didn't get the same result. Comparing the two bottles, I discovered that the formula was changed. Not saying that the product wouldn't work for others, just not for me anymore; at [$]/ounce it was an expensive lesson.

the most refreshing, nasal clean out. use when having allergies, stuffed up, or just to cleanse passages. i use before flight or public places, just my preferance. i have used this for 10 yrs, absolutely love it. please keep in stock !

this product saved me years ago when the ashes of a burnt palm tree blew in my face. i was sick within the hour. this cleansed the poison right out of my nasal passages. i had to use for a few days, but it is natural so you can use as you like. it is refreshing. pump a couple of sprays up each nostril , pinch your nose to make sure you get it everywhere in your nose, you will feel your sinus open up and when you need to blow it out..you will feel so much better, you can breathe :)

This product helps me to knock a sinus problem out fast without ingredients that I would rather not use. Using it and a natural sinus pill I can usually knock out a sinus problem before it becomes an infection. They use to make this product with menthol in it and that was much better. But this works good.

love this stuff, if i feel a sinus issue coming on, i use Sinofresh once, then again at bedtime, it has yet to disappoint, or failed to fend off a sinus infection.

I have looked around for a product that clears nasal congestion for sometime. After being recommended SinoFresh I though I should give it a try. After around one week of use I was completely clear of all congestion that I normally experience. Nasal sprays often leave my through dry and irritated. SinoFresh has no such effect. I would recommend this to anyone who feels even the slightest amount of congestion. Regular use, or just a "shot" every few days seems to keep me clear. STOP trying other products. This works...period.

I believe this prevents colds and flu as well. Ever since using it regularly I haven't had one cold. I gave a bottle to a friend who had a cold and she swears it lessened the severity and time she was sick as well. There is no better product out there period. The most unbelievable part is it's natural, alot better than putting chemicals up your nose and paying triple for a presciption.

This is a pleasant, mild saline solution with a hint of eucalyptus, spearmint, wintergreen and peppermint. When I am severely congested I also use Sinus Buster which initially stings. Sino Fresh does not sting or burn, so I prefer to use it unless I need the stronger Sinus Buster.
