These things are great! I'll be buying a new box soon! I've always been very prone to blackheads, especially on my nose and chin. These strips pull them right out, leave my skin tingly fresh, and make my pores look smaller. Though the strips don't remove ALL of the blackheads at once, more and more are removed with each use. An exfoliating scrub beforehand seems to improve their performance. My skin is sensitive, and I won't lie: peeling them off can be a little painful! However, if you can handle tweezing or waxing facial hair, then you should be able to handle this . The results are definitely worth the pain and the price.

I agree with a previous reviewer that these do not work as well as the regular ones. I think there may be too much adhesive on them. If I do decide to buy Biore pore strips again, I will purchase the originals which work much better.

I used these strips to eliminate the blackheads around my nose. I do not have severe acne or particularly large pores, but I am bothered by the blackheads I have, and these strips successfully removed most of them. It's kind of fun to feel the strip firming up on your nose, and I definitely second the other reviewers in noting that you need to take it off as soon as it hardens, or else it will hurt coming off. I do not take pain well, so the experience was unpleasant, but the results were worth it. 90% of the blackheads are gone! Also, because my skin looked a little flaky and red after pulling it off, I put a tiny dab of Oil of Olay Beauty Fluid over the area to remoisturize. I'm not sure if that's the smartest thing to do (gunk up the pores you just cleansed), but it made my skin sting less. I am not sure if it would work for people with severe acne/blackheads, but I know that it worked for me. My face looks so much fresher right now! I will keep buying it, despite the stinging sensation. In the future, I will wet the strip before removing to make the removal less painful.

I have used both the regular strips and these "ultra deep" cleansing strips, and the regular strips work so much better for me. The regular strips get more blackheads out and seems to stick better to the gunk in and around my nose. I would recommend sticking to the regular strips.

I have really sensitive skin, and do not get many pimples. I have small viewable black heads on my nose. I got these strips due to the fact that I know it pulls stuff out of my skin and leaves it feeling cleaned out and smooth. However, it didn't really make my blackheads disappear.It did take away a lot of white heads though and left my nose feeling clean. The one thing I didn't like about this product is that it smelt, stung my eyes and felt tingly when it was on. Make sure you make the strip really wet and allow it to dry fully until it is hard enough.

I've been hearing a lot of brouhaha about this product, so I finally decided to try it. It did absolutely nothing for me. First of all, the strip is not even big enough to cover the entire nose (and I have a rather small nose!). Secondly, I have large pores and lots of blackheads and it did nothing to get rid of them. I did everything according to the instructions, but did not see any "gunk" on the strip when I pulled it off. All the gunk was still on my nose. For the price, it just isn't worth it to even try. Not recommended.
